Do NOT order from this store. I pulled the longest strand of hair out of my mouth from my sandwich and was MORTIFIED! My other sandwiches were also prepared horribly. When I called the store to let them know they couldn't have cared less & hung up on me. They need to be investigated by the Health Department.

I came last Thursday to get a sandwich for dinner because I had a gift card I've never used before. When I walked in, there were 4 people ahead of me and only 2 people behind the counter. There seemed to be a language barrier and that caused for the people in front of me to do a lot of repeating and re-explaining their order. It took maybe 15 or 20 minutes for me to get to the front of the line and order. I spoke slowly and clearly and everything seemed to be going well. When it was time to pay, their system wasn't accepting my gift card. I tried swiping 5 times and it declined every time. The lady who was ringing me up seemed to need help but the other person behind the counter was busy fixing her mistake with the customer in front of me. I didn't plan on my card not working and didn't have another form of payment so in the end, I left the shop with 30ish minutes of wasted time and no sandwich. I'm not coming back anytime soon. I give 2 stars because the lobby was tidy.

They have a lot of flies and nets ! This man is a total jerk , I ask him did a fly , get on my food for him to get me another bread and he threw my food in the trash and told me to leave all because i ask if a fly got on my food , I do not recommend here at all I know these pictures aren’t the best but as he see I took them he put his head down , he look about 40+ Afghanistan bushy eyebrows

Terrible service! I had a coupon to get a free 6 inch sub after a purchase of any size sub. I ordered two 6 inch subs and was told they weren't honoring my coupon. After their refusal to accept my coupon, I decided to just get the one 6 inch sub. They refused to sell me the one sub and wanted me to pay for both subs. Since they weren't going to honor my coupon to buy one get the other sub free, why should I pay for both subs. I told them to eat the both subs and I will keep my money in my pocket and take my coupon elsewhere. Rude employees at Subway.

Just now....Twice now ugh slow poor service and had to leave. I don't expect Ruth Chris service but basic service should be a norm nowadays.No greeting when we walked in just staring down. I dont get that. I really don't. Ya, so your in the middle of a sandwich so what take 2 seconds look up and say "Hi, give just me a few, and I'll be with you. Apologies in advance for the wait." Then I wouldn't have written this review. Simple service!A 6" already wrapped she unwrapped took veggies off and put in toaster. Using her phone the whole time. Maybe the order was on her phone...thats odd I've always seen it on paper. Oh well maybe they changed. Anyways, all can be confirmed with your cameras.

We went to the subway located at 3705 Falls Road on 6.19.23 at 7:50 pm and the young lady walked in the back of the store grabbed a dirty knife and then proceeded to cut the bread with the filthy knife.

This is by far the worst subway I have gone to they watched me walk into the store with my soda in my hand, and it was warm from walking from outside with it and put that soda on my ticket anyway I was Furious. The people who work at this location make you feel so uncomfortable. I don't know why they treat customers like that and make us feel like we want to eat, but we don't want to be treated horrible. Every wrap I got from here, the meat was cold, and the guy just balled it up instead of leaning on how to make a wrap.

Every time I go to this particular Subway I can honestly say that I leave pleased. They always have great customer service and their ingredients are always fresh and not partially frozen as I've had that happen at other Subways. I love the fact that it's always bright and clean inside. I've never had an issue here and would recommend going to this Subway if you're in the mood and in the area.Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwiches, salads and veggie wrapsKid-friendliness: They have a kids option on the menuParking: I always park directly across the street on the Walgreens parking lot but there's street parking directly in front but Falls Road is a busy street so I rather not park on the street.

They accused me of stealing when they got my sandwich mixed up with Uber eats/ door dash then going saying say I just need to pay and next time will be free never coming back
