My 86 yr young mom always want a flat bread sandwich with every meat available and the workers always ask are you sure because it cost extra like if I can afford it. I come here at least twice a month. And now I don’t come because you no longer serve flat bread

The lady with the blonde hair is very rude and she looks like she hates her job. I tried going to see if maybe the first time it was just a bad day for her but no the second time she was worst. Maybe she don’t like certain people but ok she will still be working there, and is not just her the other lady behind her at Starbucks is just as worst. They all need to work with their service they are definitely not friendly faces.

I come here because it’s across from my job. The food is good but the customer service is trash. When your Order is done wrong and you say something they get mad and say you are complaining. They don’t honor the coupons which is sad. I suppose to got 6 inch free when buy foot long. The coupon was taken but they charged me for the 6 inch. When I said something they said why am I complaining and asked for the sandwich back. How can you get mad at me for what. I was sitting waiting for my food to get done they just walked past me and ignored me. When I asked can they service me they said wait and actually made me wait. This is the night shift staff that I am referring to.

First the guy behind the counter was rude and seemed to hate his job. Not the way to act when dealing with customers. 2nd, we were not asked if we wanted a bag nor did we know they charge you $3.00 dollars for it. I would of never said ok to that. First and last time eating there for sure. The steak and cheese we ordered was cold in the middle. The bread was warm because he toasted it thank goodness. One coke in a bottle cost $6.00 again another item I would not of purchased. I did not place the order due to my medical condition right now so I was told after the fact. Lesson learned but it should be illegal to charge that much for a small brown paper bag. Crooks for sure and all I can do is shake my head and pray about the world today.

We both ordered foot long subs, online order. Both orders had extra honey mustard and mayonnaise. We opened our wrappers we couldn't even believe it was our subs. Their was so much mayonnaise and honey mustard it looks like they turned the whole bottles over and just dumped them. Even after we finished our subs the wrappers were so heavy they must of weighed at least 4 lbs each from the mayonnaise and honey mustard that spilled out. Plus the workers couldn't speak or understand anything we were saying.

No matter what I get from this place, it always makes me sick. My stomach gets torn up and I end up stuck in the bathroom.
