Order online the server made the order how he wanted it , the manager ask him to kindly read the online orders next time and to make a new sandwich, the server gave me and manager attitude whole time after he mess the order up and should be train better when mistake happens

An average subway experience with a more than average customer service. This is a small corner subway and I would rather shop here than a subway with mega traffic so that the employees aren't rushed when preparing your sandwich.

This is my favorite Subway in Baltimore. I just wish they were open later but I understand labor shortages/ safety of employees.Every time im there the employees seem to be in a genuine good mood and are always friendly. The manager (i think she is at least) is nice to her employees and patient with them when they don't know how to do something.They place is always clean and the line moves fast.

My favorite spot at 25th Street and St. Paul is always clean with fantastic customer service. The bread is notoriously soft there. It's not flaky and hard like other Subways I've patronized in the Baltimore City area. ??
