I ordered through door dash, the catfish and grits and a bacon egg and cheese French toast sandwich. Both were so good, I don’t necessarily care for the sugar crystals on the French toast but other than that, my food was great.

This was our first time at Sugar Momma's. We drove from Rosedale. It was worth the drive😁 And I must say the food was great service was great portions were large portions. If all you get is French Toast I think you will be extremely happy here. As others say, no need to add syrup. It’s really good. The potatoes, everyone raved about, not impressive. The seasoning on them was good. But not unique or impressive. The wings were not seasoned well and worst of all the fish was chewy and fishy! Come on now. Throw your old fish out. Don’t fry it up and sell it. We paid about $67 including tip and fees. Mainly to try out all of the favorite items. Glad to have supported. But very disappointed.

I always come here and order French toast platters, steak tips, and salmon bowls and it’s really good when it’s consistent so be sure to stick with that for your order. However last week I got salmon patty platter with grits and eggs. I (added cheese and Added onions and peppers). When I opened my container I barely had cheese in my eggs or peppers and onions which is an up charge to add. Grits are genuinely flavorless so because I did not add anything to them it was expected to be bland. The worst part is that the salmon croquettes were EXTREMELY salty and I could not eat it. Threw the food away. While waiting for my food I asked the young lady at the counter if I could switch the drink I bought for the blue lemonade as it’s the same price and she said I would have to go online and order . She completely misunderstood what I was saying unless she was saying I would have to buy another one so I left it alone because I only wanted to swap my drink out. The fruit punch I had was way too sugary. I usually like the blue lemonade and although that’s sweet it tastes better than their fruit punch in my opinion. I did not like my food nor experience this time which is disappointing because this was not CONSISTENT and food was trash this time for me.

Heads up – everything is made fresh to order and you have to order online, but it’s totally worth it. Plenty of parking, but it can get busy (a sign it’s THAT good).
