Absolute worst service I have ever had. Every table that came in 30 minutes after us got their food before us. When we asked to speak to the manager; he refused to speak to us. Our server forgot about us and actually let us know she forgot. Our drinks sat at the bar and we watched the server bring it after 20 minutes. The food came out after an hour and 20 minutes, and they said the kitchen was backed up yet the food was cold?? Doesn't make sense. So the food was sitting in the kitchen line. I will absolutely never return here and I cannot believe how we were treated when the food is so expensive and absolutely the worst "Italian" food I've ever had. Thank you, you ruined our night. If I could leave no stars I would.

We went there last weekend and we had the most amazing time! The bartender, Natalia I think, was so funny and personable. The vibes are so vintage Italian and it gives the night a romantic atmosphere. Can’t wait to be back in town to visit them!

This establishment has an interesting and attractive dining area. Our server was outstanding; he couldn't have been any better. Unfortunately, the food was barely mediocre. The calamari appetizer wasn't bad but for $14 it was tiny, the smallest quantity of calamari I've ever seen in an appetizer of it. My chicken parmigian was bland. Even after a generous application of salt and pepper it was still bland. The tomato sauce on the spaghetti with it was bland. The chicken was tough. If I had it to do over I would have sent it back. My friend's Maryland crab soup did have a lot of crab meat in it but he said it was bland, again even after adding salt and pepper. The food at this restaurant is expensive but it's not worth the money. I felt cheated. I will not be going back.

Great food great service truly a Hidden Gem in Baltimore City. Parking is a little tough but it's downtown what do you expect, i've never gotten a ticket in downtown Baltimore after hours. Terry's the owner, super cool guy they have a third floor speakeasy that's great for events, I highly recommend.

I spoke with the owner Terry on the telephone after inquiring about available positions at the restaurant. After being told to come to the restaurant at 7pm for an interview I arrived at 6:35pm excited to meet the Owner. After sitting quietly in the establishment until 8:10pm I was told that no one was available to speak with me after waiting for nearly 2 hours. Disappointed, I decided to leave and asked if I may have a cup of coffee to take and was told they didn't have coffee. So after arriving early to an interview that the owner scheduled with me directly he then didn't arrive, in addition not a single staff member even offered me a water the entire time I waited to be interviewed. Worst of all I still had to get a cup of coffee from 7-11 on my way home after sitting in a restaurant for 2 hrs and not being interviewed by any one.

Ok....not a great experience at all. I had a Ceasar Salad so you can't go wrong or screw it up with just lettuce, dressing and a few croutons. But when the waiter told my other two guest that the meal was free for them because of the new cook in the back who doesn't know how to cook calamari....I wasn't about to order anything else. Said you can smoke cigars upstairs but when asked about it...he said he doesn't know anything about it and the door is locked and he can't open it. Not a friendly place at all....won't be back. There are probably better places around the neighborhood if you are staying downtown. GL.

Place was empty when I placed my order. I should have known this would be an immediate problem. I tried them out because I just started working a few minutes walk away. I ordered Chicken Alfredo and garlic bread. My total was $29. My garlic bread wasn't toasted. It was mushy and the Parmesan cheese was soggy. My Alfredo container was barely filled and I walked away feeling like I had just been robbed!

This place is truly a hidden gem!I've been here several times, and I've always had a great time. Service is amazing. The bartenders and servers are all very friendly and engaging! Shout out to Erika! The drinks are good. The food is even better! It gives speakeasy vibes! There's karaoke regularly, and that's always a fun time. I really enjoyed their steak kebab entree - well seasoned and very filling. They stay open late! This is a great event space as well. I attended a social event here last month on the third floorand it was so much fun. There was live music, drink specials and all around a good time. Check this place out!

Had a huge party yesterday at 3:30. Food and service were above average. Good Ambience, bathrooms need updating and management do not need to scream at servers so terribly. We could hear the manager screaming at our server telling her she was weird over and over again in a very abusive way. For seating people. Why we tipped extra. No one should be degraded so badly at work

Well as I entered the first thing I noticed was it was karaoke night. It was very loud and people were already seated at a majority of the regular tables. Even though nobody was eating, drinking, or buying. Just enjoying karaoke. So we were forced to sit at the bar. Then instead of someone attempting to take our order, I had to flag a waiter. It was hard communicating our order because of the music which was expected but our order arrived after a 15-20 minute wait. Our drinks were given to us first then our food. We ordered 2 plates. Sammy's prime rib, garlic bread, steamed Broccoli, and the steak shishkabobs with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and steamed Broccoli. The food was delicious. It was saddening they did not have chimichurri sauce to go with the steak. The shishkabobs I ordered were delicious but to boost the flavor something sweet like a grilled fig could have been added. It was somebody's birthday so I'm glad they had fun. The atmosphere was not ideal but I enjoyed myself.Parking: There is no parking close unless u go to the free garage a few blocks up the street. It closes at 12.
