The food was better than expected for ballpark good but very expensive and slow to come out. We waited about 30 minutes to be seated. Server was very nice but again, food took awhile to come out. Hectic and loud atmosphere. Beers on draft were lame and they do not serve shots. Orange crush was mediocre.

Crabcake Broiled was very bland. Not up to Baltimore's minimum standard for crab. Very expensive. Rushed atmosphere. Ads on most of the tvs. You would think they would have more sports on a Saturday afternoon.

Service was fast and okay. It was our waiters 2nd day on the job but he was okay.1st thing I noticed was the water tasted like Chlorine, this is Baltimore, the best water in the country. When it was previously Dempsey's the water was fine.Our meals came quickly, and it was obvious why. I ordered a Ballpark Brisket sandwich which turned out to be a greasy mess. Very little meat, it was shredded and I have my doubts about if it was brisket. At least my fries were good. My wife ordered a Crab Rueben "crab meat on top". She could only take a few bites of the sloosh sitting on her plate. There was more fat than meat in that dish and the crab meat had no seasoning, just plain ol crab. No more stops at this place for us. We will stick with the existing tried and true that wasn't taken over by a company that don't care about the quality of the food they serve.

Mrs Denise was fantastic, she was new but she was trying her best ! The kitchen was horrible. They were super slow . The food was ok . For ballpark food 7/10 . The Shrimp on the starter menu OMG 10/10 , the crab cake and the fries ? perfect! The salad was 5/10 came out with zero dressing it also came out 20 min after all of our other food . Over all 4 stars . The ice box Coleslaw 10/10 ! The chicken sandwich 7/10 .

Just posting to share the menu pic. I didn't eat anything.+ Our waitress was great!-They had just opened before the game and were out of The Firebird and The Iron Dog. -The menu is very limited.- Despite just opening there was no TP in the restroom-$12.99 drafts?!!

How sad it is that Dempsey's was a good restaurant to sit down and have a full meal before a game and now we have this joke of an establishment.This 'restaurant' is among the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered a caprese salad. The smallest caprese salad I have been served anywhere. My husband ordered the pretzel boule ( with crab dip) It wasn't a "pretzel boule" I swear, it was a hollowed out dinner roll.......3" dinner roll and it had maybe...2 tablespoons of crab dip in it. It was so terrible, my husband couldn't even eat it.Another kicker.....you pay for your food BEFORE getting it. You get the privilege of eating terrible food that you paid in advance. The server could not have cared any less about his service and he definitely hates his job. In his defense, that restaurant is so bad I'm sure he hears about it from every customer.Did I speak to the manager? No, I didn't. Want to know why? He was incredibly busy dealing with customers whose meals and service was equally horrible. I couldn't get his attention. So, don't waste your time eat at Boog's or Pickles. Forget this place exists.

My brother was basically our waiter. Waiter didn't know how to operate the system. If you try to add something to your meal you "will break the kitchen" said from the manager. Also while we were leaving we saw a giant cockroach climbing up the wall. Overall wouldn't recommend

We got the crab cake, steak sandwich, triple play pretzels, and double cheeseburger. Food was good, typical stadium food. The waiter was a little strange but I expect he is new to serving. All of our food came out at the same time, even though we ordered an appetizer.
