Great location, close enough to downtown, without all of the safety issues. Great peaceful, neosoul/bohemian atmosphere. Clean, well let and comfortable seating. Menu is cute and easy to navigate. Counter person was prompt, friendly & offered a recommendation upon request. Portions are in alignment with prices. Awesome to support a small business, that's woman owned. For sure will be back

We got there half an hour before closing. But the staff was very pleasant and willing to let us have as many samples as we wanted. Sadly they were out of Mango Rice. But I choose Banana Pudding and Peaches n’ a biscuits it was delicious! The peaches and biscuits tasted just like the real things with nice little chunks of Peaches. Rocky road tasted amazing as well it was like doble chocolate and Peanut butter with Peanuts in it . Since we spend over $15 we got a cute little pin. I think this is another hidden gem. Unfortunately the Cafe Side was closed by I’m planning to go back to taste some of the hot drink such as Lavender Match, Cafe con Leche. I loved the decor nice and simple . And loved big glass windows so you can look out while eating your ice cream . I just wish they had an ice cream case out front . They go outside and bring your ice cream foe now … But overall is an amazing experience. What makes it even better is the location is not far away from Lake Montebello so we decided to walk around and watch then sunset while we eat our ice cream. They should have a sign down by the walkway so people could just walk up the parlor . They wouldn’t be disappointed

Sydney’s Ice Creams is a gem in Baltimore! I had the cookies and cream, and also tried the peaches and cream—both were absolutely perfect. The flavors are rich, creamy, and clearly made with care.
Customer service in the café was on point—friendly, fast, and super welcoming. I just read a review that felt completely off-base. The owner is incredibly personable, and while it can get busy (because it’s that good!), the staff still takes the time to treat every customer with kindness and respect.
Highly recommend stopping by—especially for that peaches and cream. You won’t be disappointed! Side note…. I ate about half my scoop before I remembered to snap a picture!
I came in and was immediately greeted with a blank stare from the young lady at the counter. I said hello, and she responded with a monotone “hi.” She then asked, “Are you guys here for ice cream?” I said yes, and she replied, “The ice cream flavors are to the right” I thanked her and took a moment to look around since it was my first time there and I was excited to check everything out since I had been waiting since Sunday to come and support. As I looked toward the coffee area, I mentioned that the coffee sounded good. She quickly and very rudely corrected me, saying, “The ice cream flavors are over there to the right,” even though she had just told me that. Her attitude made the whole interaction uncomfortable. I just wanted to browse a bit, but the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and awkward. I ended up not getting anything for myself, but I got my boyfriend a scoop of cookies and cream. It was nearly $6 for what looked like half a scoop, and it tasted like a McDonald’s Oreo McFlurry which is cheaper, bigger, and honestly better. Definitely won’t be returning. 0/10

Atmosphere is amazing. Comfortable and Inviting. My girls tried the Coconut Lime and loved it! One got a waffle cone, the other a cup. Perfect servings. This place is definitely a vibe!
