Amazing food!!! We always go for the Veggie Combo 9 which gives you a taste of all the veggie options along with injera. Sooo good!
Kind staff is great at explanations of what is on the extensive menu.
Lamb awazi was grisly and tough. The collard greens had no flavor and I had to salt them. First time I ever used salt in an ethiopian restaurant. We prefer Dukem and Tigi's. I used to go to Ebenezer's but they closed and I don't know where the owner is currently located.
Warm environment with delicious foods - highly recommend
Delicious food. The veggie combo is great.
Meals prices are reasonable comparing to other Ethiopian Restaurants. Meals prices in other Ethiopian restaurants particular Dukem are way exaggerated.
Tabor is undoubtedly the most authentic Ethiopian restaurant in the Baltimore area, and perhaps in all of Maryland. From their special kitfo and doro wot, to the veggie combos and the awaze tibs, there's nothing that will leave you disappointed! It's definitely the closest thing that we've found in the area to eating the real thing in Ethiopia. Moreover, the owner and staff are genuine, kind-hearted people who provide splendid service and treat you like family. Highly recommend to all audiences!!
Some of the best Ethiopian food I’ve had on the East coast and our server was delightful.
Love … love … love! A home cooked meal at its finest!!!

I had my first ever Ethiopian meal here and it was absolutely incredible. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was great. My server was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, explaining the different dishes and showing me how to eat with my hands. I opted for the 50/50 plate with lega tibs, which was a delicious combination of meat and vegetables. Despite the slightly sketchy surroundings, the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Ethiopian meal.
