I was just disappointed because the whole thing was so impersonal. You don't even ever get to talk to a human except for 1 minute when you pull up to the drive-thru window, but when you pick up your food, you don't get to talk to anybody. I guess some old school but I sure do like that human interface and not all this AI stuff or security stuff.

My roommate and I get drive through T Bell almost every week (sometimes multiple times a week) and have been for the past 2 years. They get our order completely right pretty much every single time. We are both vegetarian, so we make many substitutions every time we order, but it’s never a problem. They’re prompt and friendly, too. Fast food (especially late at night) is a tough job and I’ve always been very impressed with them.

Alex was behind the counter and took our order. He was very nice and pleasant! Our tacos were stuffed and the burritos were loaded - awesome! One of the better TBells I've been to.

Have to pick up doordash outside at walk up window even though just purchased food in drive through wastes time, could have just handed us both orders at once, not even safe outside either, not a good system and not how they do it at other Taco Bell’s

Always drive through...the only thing I have a problem with is the dinner boxes...the actual box. It's a little flimsy and if you're not careful youay drop your food.

Unfortunately they had a guy standing in the driveway. When I saw him just standing there i got very nervous. I was thinking he was a dissatisfied customer until I saw him ask the car in front of me something. He was asking for handouts. I liked the service and food but will see about coming back. If having people panhandling around the building is a regular issue I will not be back 😡

The food was good and service was fine as well. I did not like the set up of the store. Glass covers the entire cashier station and you really can't see the food in the back. The glass is not the cleanest either. Idk, just weird for a fast food chain restaurant.
