Placed and order and when to pick it up only to sit and wait for 45 mins for them to tell me that they couldn’t make my food. Why would you accept and order for pick up if you were unable to make the food especially if I place it 2 hrs before you closed?

The staff is rude and ghetto and when I asked for a refund they had an attitude like it was my fault

Truly depends on the time of day you visit. I went at 5PM on a Monday and the food was fantastic. I’ve come on other days of the week and the food wasn’t great. There is a drop box to pick up your food and clear walls separating the customers from the back.

constantly have issues with delivery, doordashers and customers are both sick of it, don't get delivery here, its unpredictable if the order will ever arrive. when they mess up and give the order to the wrong driver or customer they refuse to remake it or refund you. they will blame everyone but themselves for their awful customer service, would only recommend if you go order in person.

Service was good, the staff was friendly, and the bathroom was fine. Three notes: 1. They do not have touch screen ordering. 2. You need to be buzzed into the bathroom. 3. You will be ordering threw glass and receiving your order thew a turn style pass.

I drive for uber eats/ door dash and the customer service here is very unprofessional. The staff is rude, long wait, and then when you inquire about an order they have the AU-DA-CI-TY to be rude. I don’t even know the amount of times I come here and the wait was longer than 20 or 25 mins. I don’t know what the problem is, but it don’t make no sense

Don't bother coming if it's anytime outside of, basically, a 9-5 day. They close down and only allow mobile and delivery orders. You can't even grab your food at the drive thru, you have to park and huddle at the door circa great depression food kitchen lines Really sucks for a nurse that works non-typical hours that just wants some quick food. Corporate, how is this okay?

Trasporte Portillos

The worst Tacobell restaurant. I ordered my food through the drive thru and it turns out that they gave it to me wrong and then what the waitress DEANNA did was tell me that if I want my food different I have to come inside when she really made the mistake. It's a terrible service
