Wrong order again! This is the third and final messed up order I get from this location. My first had missing items, my second order had soft shell wraps on my chalupas and my third order I got steak verde fries without the sauce DESPITE them telling me they had ran out last time. Why not communicate with me this time and say "we are still out. I will never go to this Taco Bell again

Picked up a customers order , they did not cover her drink in which i had to ask for a sticker !! Also not to mention no bag for a large order in which i had to bag myself ! Best believe corporate will be called along with the health department! Thanks Taco Bell for your horrible customer service and half prepped orders.

I forgot to order an item in the app. I’m at the window picking up my food and ask if I can order the item I forgot. The gentleman says, I need to drive around in a circle and come back and talk to the screen to make another order. Add that to the list of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard or been asked to do. No thanks. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
