I was on the Phone with my girlfriend and I overheard one of the male employees call her “baby” It made her extremely uncomfortable. That is very unprofessional and borderline verbal sexual harassment. Something need to be done about it.

Food was the best iteration of Taco Bell I’ve ever had ! Fresh, hot , none of the crunchy shells were broken . My crunch wrap was well toasted - no cold spots . Yum yum yum

The food and the service is usually great. This time I went and ordered a crispy cantina taco (add lettuce and pico). This is a toasted taco, but instead of adding the veggies after toasting the taco they put them in before. Toasting the veggies while in the taco resulted in me getting a soggy, sloppy and inedible taco. This location is usually pretty good. This was just a bad experience. You are never supposed to toast lettuce.

Drive through menu got an upgrade...and now starts with a prerecorded message asking if im picking up through the app before even getting someone who works there. They open at 9- and now don't serve any breakfast at the location. Ordered food, got to the window, and no one came within a few minutes. Ended up driving away. This location used to be okay, now it's worth avoiding all together unfortunately
Bruh. This TacoBell cant get it right for the life of them. Got my order switched in the drive thru. Had to drive all the way back. Then, they give me my food, and it's wrong. Plus, why don't yall ever have large cups? I ordered a large and got a medium. This is the second damn time. DONT CHARGE ME FOR A LARGE!

My favorite Taco Bell. I will drive, to visit this location. I rarely go to any others. The staff are friendly, and I never have issues with my order. An employee even stopped me, and politely noted, she made one of the Tacos incorrect, if I could give a second to start again.?that was the sweetest thing! I work in customer service, so when I am given excellent service, I always return and show gratitude, thanks

The service at this location is trash. Placing an order with kids in the car takes time. The cashier Aniya was rude af. Sorry if I’m spending my money that I work hard for you’re just not going to talk to me anyway because you have trash energy and choose to work at Taco Bell.
The staff here doesn’t honor the technology. Used app ordered online. Food was not even started when I arrived. They actually made me pull up and wait. Then they refused to refund me my money. The on site manager “Ashley” said “it will make my register short”.

Change the hours or discipline the employees if they’re going to close 30-40 minutes early. Have wasted my time multiple nights driving out across the city to come to this location only to be met with the automated “we are closed” at this location, then sometimes not. Not reliable whatsoever past 2 am, and at the point might as well not advertise that they’re open until 3am. Ridiculously frustrating to spend 25 minutes driving out only to be told they’re closed when the official hours is that they close at 3am and getting turned away at 2:30 when people are still in there.
