Really bad services. We were asking for a cup at the window right after she handed us the food and she ignored us, like literally she closed the window in our faces. And we had a chalupa and it felt Crispy and hard.

I ordered supreme tacos. They didn’t come with sour cream. If you charge $1.35 extra for sour cream then why was I shorted for my meal? In addition to that, there is no tomatoes, and my shells are soggy and stuck to the paper.

I never went through a drive through and have someone say that they don’t have something in the menu, WHEN WHAT IM ASKING FOR IS ON THE MENU and then be rude about it by cutting me off mid sentence when I asked 🤦♂️.Also when asked if we wanted sauce, we said no and then they filled the top half of the bag with sauces. I ain’t coming back here again 😂

The drive through staff was rude and they just gave me 1/4 part of my guacamole and when i asked her she was like we just give this portion.

I placed an order for 50 bucks at 12 in the night, so you can understand how hungry me and my friends were. After I picked up the order, I trusted that they would serve all the items on my order, and once I reached home, VOILA!!!! They replaced all my chicken items with beef!!! And I placed a craving box, the box wasn’t even in the order. We all were so pissed, I called the store and they were happy tor remake my order. Its not a happy ending yet, I drove back to the store at 1 am, and pulled into the drive thru, and there was a different person, i explained what happened, and the first response i get from them is We cannot make the order again because thats what we have on our system, and i was like what are you talking about, I placed the order in the taco bell app, how did you get the order wrong unless you had to manually enter the items into your system? And he goes so what should i remake for you? Just the quesadillas? And i was like no BUDDY, except the fries i need the entire order redone, this time with no beef!!! And im currently waiting for my order as im writing this review. PLEASE VISIT THIS STORE ONLY IF YOU WANT HALF THE ITEMS ON YOUR ORDER AND IF YOU HAVE ALL THE PATIENCE IN THIS WORLD.

Picking up an order for DoorDash The store does not let people in they use a window to hand you your food and you have to open from the outside I wear a hearing aid and I did not hear her say open it and the mail employee inside an African American male was extremely nasty had a lousy attitude practically yelled at me what didn't you hear her tell you to open it in a very very nasty tone this is not the way anyone should be treated not even a person picking up to deliver something. I can tell you right now I will never go to that Taco Bell to buy anything in fact if I get a delivery from there I will refuse it. That individual who is that nasty needs to be fired

Second time coming here for lunch today and it will be my last.
Long John Silvers use to be a good place to get fish and shrimp. It's a shame they can't hire competent people to cook and serve the food.
I got the 2 fish and 6 shrimp platter with 2 sides. I get back to work with my lunch and soon as I opened the container I notice how dark the fish and shrimp is. It tastes like it's been cooked in really old dirty grease. Neither the fish or shrimp are hot. The waffle fries are completely cold. The hush puppies are cold. I opened the coleslaw container and that smelled like a fart so I didn't bother with attempting to eat that.
I called and spoke to the manager. He stated that he cooked the food himself. He asked if he can make my order again. I said no, I will not be returning ever again.
This is so pathetic. That location just opened not too long ago and already it's producing trash product. The place opens at 10:00am and by 11:30am the food is trash. Grease hasn't been cleaned/changed in weeks I'm sure and this coleslaw should be examined by the health department.
