Terrible service, they don't let you in, even though it says it's open and you can eat there. I don't recommend it? I was waiting for my order outside in the cold for a long time. You may think why didn't I use my car? that it's my fault I'm out in the cold. The place is supposed to be open to the public, but when you arrive you realize that you can't enter. ?Arriving home I realized that they didn't put sauces in my order, I didn't check it at the place since the lady asked which sauces I wanted. It was obvious that he would put them in my order and it is his responsibility to serve the customer well. ?

the food is good of course but you can't order inside so you have to go to the drive-through. the person taking my order kept on talking over me when I was talking and then would ask me what I said and when I would repeat myself she would talk over me again. they added mostly lettuce almost no meat but thats how i like it anyway. i order a slushy it was melted asked for a new one the lady got an attitude about it and started yelling at me so a new person re-made my drink. when i go home there was rat poop in my bag. (NOT MY FOOD)

Oil must have been old. I ordered from long john silver. Since I was passing through I couldn't return the food. It was inedible. I don't plan to eat from this restaurant ever again.

I ordered online for pickup. When I went to pickup they said they didn't have my order and wouldn't make it now cause they were closing in 45 minutes. never again.
It’s 6:00pm and it’s freezing outside and they make you wait outside in the cold to order and wait for food. Come on Taco Bell you’re better than this.
