I've been to the drive through twice, and both times they told me to pull around front to wait for my food. First time it was about 10 minutes, second time it was over 20 minutes...
No clue what's going on in there. I doubt that they are chopping veggies, baking tortillas, and sauteing meat fresh for 20 minutes.

Otherwise the people working there have been fine/nice

Been maybe 5 times in the last two months and every time I’ve placed an order, no matter if it’s in the app, or through the drive through, they ask me to pull around and wait for my order. One of those times, I waited at least 20 minutes. Worst Taco Bell in Baltimore and a sorry excuse for “fast” food. I’m sure the employees are trying their best, but it’s insane that I have to wait after ordering my food every single time. It can be as little as two tacos. I’m not sure if they’re in the back making them from scratch or what.

I think the manager caught some employee yelling at me at the drive-thru and accused me of yelling at her, and I was scolded by all the employees. This restaurant and its employees are absolute garbage.

The employee who yelled at me during the drive-thru was caught by the manager, but she claimed that I yelled at her, and I ended up getting scolded by everyone, including the manager.

The staff are rude and slow. Anytime you order no matter the amount of food, and even if you ordered well in advance, you’re told to pull around the side of the building and wait without fail. As prices also continue to rise, their quality goes down. It makes no sense…

I've walked in on two separate occasions with totally different staff working and both times I left without food. The service is just bad plain and simple. Keep your money in your wallet. It's a win-win for you. At the end of the day you're not paying for shitty food and shitty service.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I stopped by Taco Bell to grab a drink, knowing they open at 9 AM. When I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:05, I saw a gentleman cleaning, so I assumed they were open. After waiting for a bit with no response, I asked him if they were open, and he said yes and told me to go inside.

When I walked in (the doors were unlocked), the cashier—who was very nice—told me that no one had come in yet to start opening. I mentioned I just wanted a drink, and she explained that the manager hadn’t unlocked anything yet but that I was welcome to wait. I had time to kill, so I didn’t mind.

A little while later, the manager finally arrived, but instead of a simple greeting, she immediately snapped, “Can I help you?” I politely responded that I was just waiting for a drink. She curtly replied, “We’re not open yet.” I said that was fine and asked if I could wait, but she ignored me and walked away.

A few minutes later, the gentleman who had been outside approached me and said, “The manager says you have to leave, or we’re calling the cops.” At this point, it was already 9:30 AM—the store should have been open. Confused, I asked what was going on, but he just repeated that the manager wanted me to leave.

The situation could have been handled much better. A simple, “Hey, we’re running late today, do you mind coming back in a bit?” would have been completely fine. Instead, I was threatened for no reason. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back.

My experience was horrible. When I walked in, there were two people at the counter waiting for their food, and there was a family sitting down. So I went to the kiosk to order my food. I spent $52.00 dollars & my time stamp on my receipt was 11:16 a.m. There were two employees in the store. I sat for about ten minutes and then realized it was only one employee working behind the counter, his main focus was the drive thur. I understand that's the priority. However, there is something called multitasking. He could've made a taco or two in-between the drive-thru orders, but that's too much like right. He simply annoyed the lobby. An employee came over from KFC to assist. The young man was very efficient, but after he left, the service went to hell. Two Taco Bell employees came in within a few minutes of each other and once again back to square one, pushing out drive-thru orders. The last part of my order was nacho fries, which took over 15 minutes. I didn't leave until 12 p.m. I will not be back! Yes, the location is close to my home, but I will drive out of my way to avoid this place. There is no excuse not to communicate, a simple "I'm by my self," you may have to wait or there another location on such & such street. Geez, say something.
