I ordered online to pick up in store. The staff had ALL of my order ready when I arrived and it was packed super nicely. I asked if I could check it and the team member had no issues with that at all and even gave me another bag to sort my ginormous order. Store was clean, and everyone had great attitudes as far as I could tell. I'll definitely place my order online for pick up again.

I usually don't do reviews but I had to speak on this do not go to this Taco Bell with the expectation of them giving you good customer service I had a digital coupon for a free chicken taco and ask the staff how can I redeem my coupon because they do not have cashiers anymore just a kiosk and the young lady said they do not honor digital coupons there which is a lie because I've done it before very unprofessional do not go to this location

Went to this restaurant tonight for for first time and I ordered 6 steak tacos supreme; total order came up to $25+When I got home and opened the tacos I almost fainted. The tacos had little to no meat. This is unacceptable; I will never purchase food hear again, nor recommend Taco Bell to anyone I know. Every taco was the same.

I stood at the counter for a very long time after placing a mobile order. As far as I can tell, the staff fulfill one in-person order for every 15-20 drive-through orders. This just isn't satisfactory. I can't see dropping by for lunch again anytime soon.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I just ordered from there on doordash 11pm. They kept telling doordashers to cancel my order because I ordered a 12 pack of tacos and apparently that was an issue. The woman on the phone was disrespectful and her reason as to why they wouldn’t make my order was unacceptable. It’s not like they ran out they just didn’t want to make tacos (when that’s all their job consists of) and I will be calling corporate
This Taco Bell has a drive-thru. There was a total of five employees working. One at the drive-thru window, three making tacos, and one occasionally coming out to sweep the dining room floor, wipe off tables and straighten out the chairs. There were no Cashiers, Although there is a kiosk in the store, none of the employees made an effort to come to the counter to wait on or help customers. One customer had difficulty using the kiosk and asked for his order to be taken and rang up at the cash register, only to be denied by the employees and told to use the kiosk, which he explained he didn't understand how to use it. The employees, in turn, rudely yelled that he 'just wasn't getting any food then'. Expressing to him that "this ain't Burger King where you have it your way!" At least three of those employees were Very Rude and definitely do not belong working in the capacity of Customer Service. This Taco Bell needs a quick employee makeover with more employees and definitely Customer Service training.

I swear this is the worse taco bell I've ever been to. Every single time the nacho fries comes out they never have them. Also anytime you order they say it's going to be a wait time of 20 plus minutes. Whoever the manager is need to be ordering fries daily.
