I was eating my taco and notice a bad smell. I opened the taco and pew, the lettuce was bad! Yes, very very dark old lettuce. Where did yall get that lettuce from? 🤮🤢 My poor kid ate her whole taco before I even opened mine. I would have thrown it away. Well guess what, we both have diarrhea this morning. The only thing we ate last night was tacobell from Security location. Ok so to the people that work there, you are getting people SICK. CHILDREN are getting SICK. If something smells bad, please throw it away. Don't you understand that people get sick from food that smells bad? That means bacteria has grown on the food. Did anyone educate them on food safety? Where is the Health Department when you need them? My child is sick and I think she may be dehydrated now. Because of the bad food TacoBell is serving the community. If it was just me, I probably wouldn't care but my kid is sick. I'm contacting the Health Department. Hopefully they will educate your employees. Tacobell ain't NEVER gotta worry about me or my kid coming back. Bye forever Tacobell!

Normally this place is fine overall and good customer service. But today I came in for a mobile order for door dash and I guess the manager or w/e on duty, literally helped every other (Spanish speaking) person before me. He saw me standing there and didn’t say anything. But he dapped up his friend and took his order and took someone’s order.

It would be faster going to the store. Buying all the ingredients and cooking tacos yourself. 40+ minute wait. Staff is worthless. Please start hiring people who enjoy customer service, to do customer service.

Yesterday I ordered from the drive thru . Unfortunately when I was able to eat my food some of it was fresh and some wasn't. I ended up having to throw it away. The lettuce looked fresh but smelt like bleach was sprayed on it. The cinnamon twist that I brought for myself and a kid was horrible. The second it touched my tongue I felt nauseous ?. If I didn't have prior appointments all of it would've went back. Now I'm out of my money.
I had not been to Taco Bell in a while. First time back in forever, and I find a hair in my food. home cooked meals are always better and healthier. I'll continue making my own tacos at home.
