As a vegetarianish person I was able to ask them to use potatoes rather than meat and just order anything on the menu. Food was great hot and fast.
Vegetarian options: Ask for potatoes as a substitute to meat then order anything on the menu like a normal person.

Ordered an item and after charging me told me it was unavailable. Offered me a replacement of my choice, and what I chose was cheaper than the original. Then told me they don’t do refunds, so I did get the difference returned to me. Garbage customer service.
No matter how you order, online or even at the store.. they ALWAYS get the order wrong. The staff here are so incompetent or just do not care at all to read what is ordered even if it's through the app. Order two large drinks? They give you medium. Ask for beef? They give you chicken. Request something to be removed like tomato or sour cream? They'll give you extra. Sauce? They even ask you what sauce but still give you none. Unless you triple check every package of food it will be incorrect. Save yourself the trouble. Just eat at home.

It's Taco Bell. Great for a quick bite cheap. I do like their variety of sauces. The kiosk they have, make ordering more thorough. Modifications are fast and easy.
