So, I try to leave more positive reviews rather than a negative one. You be the guess of this one. My kids love taco bell. Sometimes their orders are great and other times, not so much.
I definitely did not appreciate my son having to eat a soggy hard shell within the 3 minutes of receiving them. He was only able to consume 1 good taco before the others got soggy and fell apart. I get it, the sauce will eventually soften the taco but it should not happen that fast. I have had many hard tacos that held up longer.

food tastes old esp tomatoes and lettuce. workers are rude. line is long (waited an hour after ordering food ). plus my car died waiting for the food not their fault but just an added bonus. then my friends car died after jumping mine and waiting for her food. car stuff sucks but the food sucks worse. wouldn’t recommend.

Got there at 9:30. Placed mobile orders beforehand. Sat in the drive through for 40 minutes. We get to the window and sit there for another 20 minutes. They ask what the name on our order is over three times??? Then we get our food (and it’s cold). No apology either. Very bummed. :(

This is a go to place when you don't want to cook. I mean what more can you want I even had leftovers for 2 days later haha maybe three or four days later. Using the app is so easy and so I encourage anybody that reads this go ahead and dives into the realm of apps being a positive thing. Hopefully you'll try it out and then I hopefully hear about everything else... I just had to erase a thing where it said go to bed because that's not what I said. Overall every time I go to Taco Bell this is where I go and it always delivers on the Taco Bell promise, lol.

Whoever packed the luxe cravings box on 11/02/25 at about 11:15pm I love you. I forgot to pick which sauce I wanted when I ordered it and they put 1 of each without even asking. Normally the boxes are busting open but this was perfectly sealed and had plenty of napkins. Great work!!!!! The worker at the drive thru window was also very kind.

Servers not taking verbal orders anymore. What a shame. Digital ordering cannot be for all. . And when told servers that i cant use screen,they laugh and look at each other with a smirk. Taco bell should be more person friendly.After coming here regularly over the years ,not coming here anymore. Go Taco bell.

Honestly hit or miss. I was really debating docking this place a star. 4/5 times service here is excellent and they are on point. No notes, great service. But then there's the fifth time. Line is long, staff don't seem to care, order is usually slightly wrong or missing something but not worth enough to go back and sort it out. If you go here and get that service, it's usually not like that just so you know. Not sure what the trigger is. I can only see the cashier and it always seems like a different person.
Taco Bell is bad in general but I've been so broke lately.... anyway u have to use a kiosk don't actually get food from people here and it's poorly prepared.

Was craving taco bell and my meal wasn't it .. first time chalupa was hard. And chips were missing had to go back. So second time barely any meat. Too high to be disappointed. Customer service could be better but I get it life...

I just left this location and there were two people with gloves on standing at the food line scrolling on their nasty phone which carry all kinds of germs and bacteria. They took long to even acknowledge me and when the girl finally looked up from her phone, she refused to take my order at the counter and demanded I use the kiosk. I decided to leave and I will never patronize this location again. They'll end up making you sick with their nasty habits
