However, she promptly snatched the bag from me and handed it to another customer. When she returned the bag to me upon my return home, the contents were entirely different from my order. This incident left me deeply frustrated and disappointed, leading me to reconsider my future visits to the establishment. The same cashier has repeatedly demonstrated a pattern of providing incorrect orders and delivering food in an unprofessional manner. This behavior is likely to result in significant financial losses for Taco Bell, as customers may choose to patronize other establishments that prioritize customer service and accuracy.

Not sure why places think making a customer wait 5-10 minutes to place an order is acceptable when you can see people standing around just talking, no one at the register it’s honestly sad and killing people’s desire to eat at places like this

All the other Taco Bells in the area are dirty and skimp on everything, this place is always clean and the orders are always right. I am currently 20 miles from home and pass 3 other Taco Bells to go to this one because it's so much better.

First off the only Taco Bell near me does not sell breakfast. They open up at 9 am to just sell tacos. I have gotten food hear and the food is thrown together with no care of how it looks at all.

Do not dine in here. You will not be served in a timely fashion. I've never had a problem with the drive thru, but the last 2 times I've ordered inside they forgot about my order. The last time it took 25 mins and I didnt get my food, I got a refund. I had a problem with the ordering kiosk and it took 8 minutes for someone to come to the front. After my order was placed i waited 10 mins to get an update was told that it wouldn't be long for my order. 15 mins later I had to grab a manager for refund after many guests that showed up after me, received their food very quickly. The woman then charged me 25 dollars instead of refunding it so I had to get 2 refunds. Just order through the app and go to the drive thru if you want your food.

This Taco Bell is around the corner from my job, so on desperate days I find myself here. Service is always pleasant and they’ve never messed up an order. Also, this is the only Taco Bell that I’ve ever felt the food was fresh. I don’t know how Taco Bell can be this fresh and neat. My quesadilla was portioned well, no sauce oozing out, pull cheese in every bite, not just shoved in a bag like most other locations. Delicious.
