This was my first bad review, but I had to share my experience. I ordered a burrito, and the first lady who started making it was already wearing gloves, which seemed fine at first. However, when she stepped away, another employee took over. That second lady had been using a rag to clean, and I noticed the rag fell to the floor. She picked it up, continued cleaning without changing gloves, and then used her hands to flip my burrito. I had to ask her to change her gloves, but by then it was too late I couldn’t bring myself to eat the food. I ended up giving it to someone on the street. If you visit this place, I’d recommend asking staff to change their gloves before preparing your food. Also, they restock new ingredients on top of the old ones, instead of switching them out properly. The food and service were disappointing so it got 1star for the unsanitary behavior and experience but the restaurant itself looks nice. Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn’t working either.

Requested receipt many times after I found it was not in my bag. Received texts that they would send and I have yet to receive it. It was needed to do a reimbursement. I don’t like patronizing businesses that lack basic integrity and goodwill. Should have spent my money someplace else.

Visiting Baltimore for business and came across this great taco spot (thank you, Google Maps!) My chicken burrito was excellent, and counter service was friendly and quick. Seating is limited, but there was plenty of room on the afternoon I visited.
