Taharka Brothers-Cross st Market

My family and I have always ordered Taharka via their Local Home Delivery, this was our first in person visit to a scoop shop. Customer service was excellent and they were well stocked to provide us with samples, scoops, and pints to go. Will continue to recommend Taharka over other premium ice cream brands like Jenis, Salt & Straw, Van Leeuwen etc.

As a person who can't eat dairy (for 11 years), I'm usually pretty saddened by the non-dairy options at most ice cream places. I had 4-5 options at this place. I picked the key lime pie and toasted coconut and it was THE BEST dairy free ice cream I've ever had. Hands down! My dairy-eating friends tried a tiny spoon of my ice cream and they couldn't believe that it was dairy free. The owner was so sweet and the market area/food hall that it was located in had many food options too. If you're in town, do NOT miss out on this place.

Great ice cream. They have a great Honey Graham flavor, roasted strawberry, mint, coffee and cookies, and more.

Waited for 30 months and staff never showed up! Was only there to pick up a order. All the people who i was with left. Definitely not returning!

Really terrible service here. Woman behind the counter did not even speak to us except to say that they ran out of samples. Couldn't even wait for us to pay before returning to the back to get back on her phone. There are too many ice cream places around to have service this bad.

We don't usually get ice cream during winter, but this place hit the spot. Cookies and Coffee was my favorite, and the guy working was very patient with the two toddlers in our group. Thanks TB for the great experience!

Great combination of flavors.

The Black Cherry was teeming with chopped cherries.

The Peanut butter cup had some of the richest peanut butter flavored ice cream I've had.

The Midnight Munchies (Pretzel ice cream with M&Ms, pretzels, potato chips, and Ritz crackers) was a wonderful combo balancing sweet and salty.

I have had good experiences in this place, very rarely have I felt a bad vibe.
Today was exceptional treatment from a couple of magnificent, smiling, friendly girls.
