I love Terra Cafe, specifically the Battered Fish Sub, which is easily the best fish sandwich in Baltimore City and possibly the whole state of Maryland! BUT, my issue in the last several months (perhaps 4 - 5+) is that the restaurant is often unreachable at times when they're supposedly open for business. The schedule is all over the place with no warning like signage on the door or a message on the website, and the phone just rings out. I never know when they're actually available, and it's so bad that I once ordered online, only to find the place closed when I went to pick up my food. So, in closing, the food is great, but please be more communicative in regards to the schedule of availability. It never used to be like this in the past, but in the last year, something has changed, and unfortunately, it hasnt been for the better. Thanks.

Had a portobello panini sandwich, and all the ingredients were not on my sandwich. It was missing bell peppers. Bread was not pressed. Also, it was a little sloppy prepared. I will return again and remember to take your time and tell us if u don't have all the ingredients, please
