I regularly come by grabbing some food in this spot. I enjoy the quick service and well prepared dishes. I recommend this place.

Avoid this place! I ordered 2 drunken noodles: one with chicken and one with beef. I got tofu instead. When I called the restaurant, the woman on the phone started arguing and then hung up on me. Trash establishment.

Husband and I stopped in because we wanted some good takeaway and to support one of a very few restaurants still open on Charles Street. We both love Thai food. When we got home there were 4 shrimp in my shrimp satay and no visible chicken in his green curry chicken. I question if, due to pandemic, this is what's done to new clients; clients who don't leave a takeaway tip or is this a new game that some restaurants are playing. Extremely disappointing and we will not go back or recommend them.

Had some delicious Thai food delivered- love the crab Rangoon what a flavorful punch! I like the pad Thai and the drunken noodles. The mango sticky rice was great as well! Mango was a little bit hard but again it is the middle of winter and not peak mango season. But the sweetness and rice was perfect.

We order from Thai Mekong a couple of times a month- as far as Thai takeout goes, my partner and I really enjoy their food. However, their takeout packaging is seriously flawed. Every time we order any type of stir-fry or saucy noodle dish (drunken noodles, pad ginger, etc) all of the liquid spills inside the bag. The container for curry dishes are always properly secured (in a quart container with a lid and tied in a bag just in case) but other dishes are in a clamshell that does not contain the liquid. We have had many dishes spill and ruin others. We probably won't order delivery from here again because it has become such a problem.

family-run Thai - extensive menu with Thai classics and Americanized Thai food for those less adventurous

the summer rolls were too big and packed full of bean sprouts so you couldnt really taste much else, but the coconut curry I had was fantastic and the mushroom soup was really tasty as well. They give generous portions, I had leftovers the next day

We ordered spicy chicken wings, and two orders of chicken/shrimp basil fried rice. The shrimp were mushy, and hardly any chicken was added to the dishes. The order was 50.34 with tip and delivery fees. Our meal was a total waste. I will never order from here again!!!!

I was craving drunken noodles and ordered from here. The flavor was fine but the noodles left something to be desired--they were too soft and overcooked. It really took away from the dish. Otherwise, the veggies had nice texture. 3.5 stars.

With the new normal being carry out and delivery, this is a review for delivery which I received from DoorDash. I ordered Pad Thai, drunken noodles, curry puffs and mango sticky rice. The order arrived quickly. Everything was hot and tasty. I can't wait till I can actually sit down in this place again, but the food was good and that is certainly a big part of the equation.

I ordered a shrimp green curry and eggplant tofu for take out. The green curry was an absurd, off-putting, green color (definitely food coloring) and tasted very mediocre. It also just had one lonely shrimp in the whole dish which was sad. The eggplant was actually very tasty, but I couldn't eat much of it because it was just too salty. Also, I asked for both of them to be extra spicy and got zero spice in my food.

The food here is fantastic, I love the vegan options!! Definitely try their Thai ice tea and the desserts. And with large portions and low prices, this is my go-to Thai spot in Baltimore.

Two bad experiences with Thai Mekong in a row. The first was the pad see ew which was watered down and not very flavorful whatsoever. Normally pad see ew has a brown sauce and mine was clear and watery.I decided to give them another chance and ordered a chicken fried rice with extra beef. I paid $3 extra for the beef and ended up receiving a few tiny pieces (see photo). There are plenty of Thai options in Baltimore, so to be successful you really need to set yourself apart as a Thai restaurant here. I am open to changing my mind about Thai Mekong but so far I have not appreciated their service.

Good Thai food. Used their website for online ordering for takeout during COVID. Food was ready very quickly. Had the duck gra prao, and I really enjoyed it. A good amount of duck and rice and veggies. If I wasn't so hungry, I probably could have saved some for lunch tomorrow They definitely have a more extensive menu than other Thai places in the area
