The Alley at Abbey Burger Fed

Went to get a drink at their establishment during the Fells Point Fun Festival (after walking miles to the festival) and they disallowed myself and others from drinking our drinks we ordered at their outdoor tables because people carried food with them (in containers) from food trucks. Terrible experience

I had very fond memories of Abbey Burger from when I was a kid… last night those memories were tarnished forever! The service was quite literally non-existent & the atmosphere in the “bar” was questionable. We were the ONLY ones eating in the entire restaurant, who would have thought fried pickles & two burgers would take an hour. Oh but don’t worry, they always put tomato on your burger! Wont be back

And the lady included 10 usd as a tip without even asking ! We found that only after we paid !

Waited 80 minutes for the wrong food with only one other table in the restaurant when we arrived. Used to come here years ago and loved it then, but the service was so abysmally bad tonight that I won’t be coming ever again.

I stopped in the Fed Hill location with my daughter because the restaurant we were planning to go to was closed. The server was great and very helpful and enthusiastic when sharing some of her favorites from the menu. I got the fried green tomatoes and the shrimp burger. My daughter got fried pickles and a burger. They have the frying thing down and the food was decent. Honesty place needs a makeover. It’s dank and sticky. The bathroom gave me scary movie vibes and was so dimly lit I was sure something was going to run out from behind the toilet. I won’t be going back for this location.

Good food, poor service. Waitress was impatient, didnt hand us napkins or cutlery and didnt greet us. 20% mandatory tip was tacked on.

Everything was really good. The manager gave all the guests a free shot. They have great music and they accommodated us by putting the Orioles game on. I do, however, miss the trio samples(bison, kangaroo..) that they used to give out, but otherwise everything was amazing.
