Private party downstairs space. Had a great time. They were very accommodating and hospitable.

First time at The Bluebird and loved everything about the place. The vibe, cocktails, small plates, and the entire staff. Our server, Maya, was fantastic. Definitely will be back and asking for Maya to be our server. 10 stars 🌟 if you ask me. Our kind of joint.

I used to love this place! Granted it’s been about 6 years that I’ve been back, but the quality has gone down a lot.

We visited for post dinner drinks. The drinks were phenomenal. We could have used more frequent check in from the servers buzzing around. The low stars are because I do not believe that you should be paying full price for mocktails. My partner got two $17 cocktails as mocktails and they were still rung up as $17.

Great speakeasy vibe. Very low lighting, so be aware (but that’s also part of the ambiance). All cocktails have their own poem too, so cool! Primarily a gin bar

Trevor was a wonderful server for our large bachelorette party. The drinks and atmosphere were incredible. Definitely a must in Hamden!

If I could give the atmosphere six stars, I would. This is such a unique space. It's worth coming just to experience, and they have a very creative cocktail list as well.

The staff were lovely. LJ was our waiter and was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The fried catfish sandwich with bread and butter pickles was so very yummy. the Open Road and Querulous Criticisms drinks had great flavor.

Went down to the Green Room afterwards for trivia and bingo night. A very fun evening out.

One of the most unique (if not THE most unique) cocktail experience in the city. Love the revolving literary themed menu, and the downstairs room offers a space for the city’s jazz scene. Bluebird ruuuuuuuules!
