I love Brewers Art. Bartenders are always great. Ordered the famed burger and fries. Fries were amazing, burger was very mid. For a $20 burger, I expect excellence. Unmelted cheese, under sized patty (good flavor), too few toppings, and cold bun. Sausage platter was great, definitely the best plate we got. Pretzel appetizer was good but small for a $10 app. Kale salad was bland, and cold added chicken (for $12) had no seasoning and also bland. I’ve had really good meals here,...
Don’t get the grilled chicken it’s tough and tasteless but most of their stuff is good otherwise and good people and cool place. Atmosphere depends on where you sit; very different vibes. Good burger 🍔
Everything that we ordered took entirely too long to come out (drinks and food). They were clearly understaffed. I ordered a beer during the main course and finally cancelled it when I asked for the check and was only then told the keg had kicked, so “works out anyways.” We ordered steak frites and Brussels sprouts.
