Just started working at the airport was looking for one maybe two places to have breakfast or lunch came here one day had a swiss cheeseburger came back a few days later and had a breakfast sandwich with bacon and sausage.......with that being said it's no need for me to go else where

The line was short and the cashier was on top of things. $10 for a breakfast combo was a great price for an airport. The tater tot portion was large and the coffee was good.

Beware of highly unprofessional employees like Shawn W. OMG, needs to be fired asap. Whoever owns this location (BWI airport - near Gate B6), save your business and find someone else. One hour observing this employee and you will see for yourself. (White t-shirt guy, Shawn, is now arguing with the manager - wow).

They made sure I knew the wait time before I ordered my burger, which is very much appreciated when at the airport! My connecting flight was delayed due to the weather, so I decided to try some local food while I waited. My cheeseburger was delicious, and the free refill was great!

The cashier was very nice and efficient. Burger itself took a while and was kinda of dry generally, but at least not greasy. I had severe intestinal distress indicative of possible food poisoning 6 hours later 4/19/23. Updated 4/21: still sick. Personally will never eat at bgr again. Not worth what I paid for the burger

This location is in an airport where there is not much time to check your order. Ordered a Cheeseburger there was no cheese, asked for medium rare and the middle was cold and raw! Not even safe to eat! Super disappointing!
Please teach your workers to stay in the front and not in the back corner playing on the phone waited to be served finally I had to call her out to help me and she came with an attitude. We pay good money to be properly served, if you can’t have good people behind your name you should not even have a business

The bacon pretzel burger was fantastic, both the pretzel and burger were among the best I've ever had. The fries could have been better. They cook to order so allow extra time.

People don’t realize that everything is cooked to order so it may take longer than usual. I see this lady often. I don’t know her name but she’s always pleasant & professional. (White lady, short hair, maybe in 50’s?) Today, she was working ALONE. She said the other people called out. She was still fast & professional. I gave her a $5 tip, but if I had a $20 I would’ve given it to her. You are very lucky to have someone like that representing your company! The food at BGR is always good, but I don’t spend money at a place if the employees aren’t nice.

Burger itself was ok. Lettuce wrapper was terrible and the additionalToppings were all dried out not good at all. Very disappointing after a long day of flight travel. Will NOT be back.
