We have been visiting the Canto Local since it was first opened. The new owners are awesome. My wife and I went there tonight for my birthday to dine together. Their menu is new and the food was amazing! Their beer selection is perhaps better that most of the local bars and taverns in the area, and we visit all the nice ones, so... just saying. Their burgers are great and the salad with blackened tuna was top notch. Prices are great and the service was 5 Stars and more. The owner visited with us several times and spent time getting to know us, a touch I rarely see in establishments today, yet reminiscent of the family owned restaurants I visited as a young man. You will see us there again, and often.

My husband and I truly enjoy The Canton Local. We have never had a bad experience there. The owners are extremely sweet and the bartenders are fantastic!! The chefs Melvin and Larry take pride in their food. They will sometimes ask you personally if everything is to your liking. We always feel welcome and look forward to many more good times there.
