The ice cream was good, but the milkshake was inedible. It had a very strange chemical taste. I read a review or someone else at the same thing two years ago! Stick with a scoop of ice cream.
We had my daughter's 5th birthday at the Charmery and it was perfect for her special day! Gina the manager is super responsive, thorough, professional, and flexible when creating the event and catering to specific preferences. We were able to extend our time, pay an additional fee to have the venue to ourselves, and bring in outside food and a dance/movement instructor for additional entertainment. We had our sons 6th birthday party their this past weekend. What a fantastic place to have a party. The staff was very helpful in setting up the event. They were very patient with us despite us being very late in responding to emails.The day of the party was great. They had a long table in the back with bleachers set aside and a side table for food.
