The ice cream was good, but the milkshake was inedible. It had a very strange chemical taste. I read a review or someone else at the same thing two years ago! Stick with a scoop of ice cream.
We had my daughter's 5th birthday at the Charmery and it was perfect for her special day! Gina the manager is super responsive, thorough, professional, and flexible when creating the event and catering to specific preferences. We were able to extend our time, pay an additional fee to have the venue to ourselves, and bring in outside food and a dance/movement instructor for additional entertainment.
