From the get go, this place was nasty. It smelled like throw up outside of the main door to get in, which wasn’t even clearly labeled. Then when we went to the front desk we initially asked for a table inside, but we had a sleeping child in a stroller and were told, with an attitude, that we “have to leave the stroller up front” if we wanted to eat inside EVEN THOUGH there was a stroller (CLEARLY) inside the location at a table.
We were fine with eating outside since we didn’t want to wake our baby because they had just fallen asleep. Upon going outside, it started to drizzle, and we had asked a very kind bus boy (shout out to him) if we could switch tables to one that was caddy corner to us just under a more covered area since we weren’t allowed to sit inside with the stroller. He said to ask our waitress when she came to the table but that it should be fine.
Right after that, the table behind us asked the same question about the same table and the bus boy said “yes we could accommodate that but this table here (and he pointed to US) just asked for it first.” And she said “okay we wouldn’t mind going inside also” and he told her to let the server know.
15 MINUTES GO BY and our waitress (Kayla) finally comes outside to give another table drinks and started checking on her tables. She checked on the table behind us and they IMMEDIATELY asked if they could have that open table and the waitress said yes and I said loud enough “are you kidding?” And the people sitting at the table gave me a look, and the waitress finally came over and I said “I’m sorry but we had asked for that table first because we’re unable to sit inside because we have a sleeping baby in a stroller.” She said “oh they just asked for it”. My boyfriend said “okay well we just wanted to not eat in the rain” and she proceeded to say “Well what do you want me to do about it?”
That was extremely unprofessional and we felt very uncomfortable as customers. As a business who sees traffic mainly from tourists being right on the water, I’d expect there to be some type of politeness and respect when handing customers. That was incredibly rude and I will not be recommending people to come to this restaurant if they plan to visit Baltimore.
I know part of the issue was the other people at the table being ignorant knowing we had asked for it first so it wasn’t completely the waitresses fault but upon finding out that we had asked first and were unable to sit inside, the response of “well what do you want me to do about it?” Was actually insane to me. That’s literally your job to accommodate your customers as best you can. Disgusting.

The food was good. The chicken shawarma was ok? Americanized of course what should have served in a flatbread instead of in a wrap, don't get me wrong the flavor is good but there was a lot of lettuce as a filler. On the other hand the teriyaki salmon my wife enjoyed very much. The pumpkin cheesecake was good but cheesecake slices are way overpriced. The View was nice outside of the water and City. For myself I would say it was nice that I tried it but wouldn't rule it out again

Wait time was ridiculous. The wait to be seated was longer than told and they had nowhere to comfortably wait. The wait for our food was even worse. Then the food wasn't good. I complete waste of time

We came here after a harbor cruise with a group of 10. While we were seated fairly quickly, service was extremely slow. It took about 45 minutes just to get our drinks, and nearly another hour before our food arrived. The bread that’s usually brought out right away wasn’t served until we had already been seated for about an hour.
Our waitress was friendly and tried her best, but overall the experience was disappointing. The restaurant didn’t seem busier than other Cheesecake Factory locations we’ve visited, so we were surprised that our visit ended up taking almost 3.5 hours. On top of that, the hostess seemed upset with everyone for no clear reason, which added to the negative impression.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, we probably won’t return to this location.
Awesome cheesecake. Nice place to enjoy a great meal and dessert.

The food was really good and wait time was quick,
Polite waitress, Host were extremely rude, unaware , and had a general negative attitude ; inattentive to seating order and serviced who they wanted to, unprofessional and should consider resigning.

I've been to several locations across the country, and they're all the same with only a few aesthetic differences. The food is good and worth the price, but it's nothing to write home about in most cases. Of course, the cheesecake is the star, and you won't find the wide variety of flavors anywhere else; the quality is also excellent, but mom-and-pop bakeries will be better for obvious reasons. The detail that is simultaneously the worst part and a nice feature is the size of the menu--it's enormous! Figuring out what to order takes a long time, but if you have a large group that needs a wide variety of options, this is the place for you.

This is a good place to come for a quick lunch with someone or a group. They have a variety of cheesecake options (hence the name)...42 to be exact and the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake is back.

Went to the Cheesecake Factory last night with some friends since it was close by. We were seated immediately but the service was incredibly poor. First we were seated in the back of the restaurant and it was fairly empty. We could hear workers fighting with each other in the back.
Second the service was incredibly slow. We waited a long time to be a knowledgeable, get water, order our food, get bread, etc.
Lastly I ordered a slice of banana cream pie cheesecake to go. When I got to my hotel, opened the box, it was a slice of plain cheesecake. The following day I called the restaurant and asked if I could come get what I actually ordered and PAID FOR. The hostess said absolutely, I’m so sorry let’s fix this. When she transferred me to the manager he told me that all he could do is give me a half off coupon ONLY IF I came back with my receipt and the uneaten cheesecake. Now does that make sense to you?! Horrible service, management, and leadership all around.
