Had some of the best milkshake here! Their baked goods are amazing. Only came for the desserts so did not dine or order anything else but had an overall great interaction with staff.

My order arrived fine and the cheesecake slices were great size. I got the Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake, 30th Anniversary Chocolate Cheesecake, and the Key Lime Cheesecake. I really loved the 30th anniversary chocolate cheesecake; not overwhelmingly sweet but just the right amount of sweet and not too chocolatey. My husband enjoyed his key lime cheesecake as well. I haven't tried the Oreo cheesecake just yet. But overall I'd get more cheesecake from this location in the future πŸ™‚πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ°

Loved their original cheesecake as well as the latte. It's usually busy and lively - we were told a waiting time of 30-45 minutes. Took the order for to go since we were in a hurry. Will visit sometime for the dine in experience.

I have been going to this restaurant for past 20 years, however I have noticed decline in food quality this year. Spinach dip that we ordered was extremely watery, and we had no choice but to return it. Sliders were dry and crab ragoons had different filling that tasted horrible. Avocado egg rolls were delicious so that was a plus. Cheesecake did not disappoint either. Also, our waiter Grant was amazing and provided exceptional service throughout entire dining experience. Thank you.

We enjoyed the Baltimore Harbor restaurant. The only concern I had was that we had to wait for a while to order even though there were not many people in the restaurant at 2pm on a Thursday. I had my usual wonderful luncheon serving of Chinese Chicken Salad. My husband had a large
hamburger and fries. I ordered a slice of Lemon raspberry cream cheese cake to go and enjoyed it over 2 days.

This Cheesecake Factory experience was one to remember. The waitress was superb! She was extremely kind and was always willing to help us pick out what we should best order. She was always on point about getting our orders placed fast and getting drinks when needed. Will definitely visit again. Be aware though drink prices are not listed in the menu and can range up to $16 per drink.

This location needs a lot of additional team members. Many empty tables and long waits due to lack of staff.

$4.95 for a soda at above-mid Cheesecake Factory is excessive.

We were visiting Baltimore. We ate here two times. Lunch and dinner. Both times our food was good. Their cheesecakes are good, not too sweet. The service was good too.
