We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were staying downtown. Our Uber ride was only 15 mins to Fells Point. The Choptank was recommended to us by a local friend. We were not disappointed. Live music playing. The musician was super talented. I had half a dozen oysters, 3 each of 2 varieties. They were perfect. Well plated and all the accoutrements. Very nice. Made a reservation online had to walk from one end of the restaurant to the other to enter. And then back to the other end to confirm the reservation and once again to the other end to go into the dining area where the hostess said she didn't have the reservation for us, even though I just confirmed it at the other end of the restaurant and had a email confirmation in hand. Then, a gentleman took over the hostess stand and seated us on the hard wooden benches. We ordered...

We tried several menu items, and everything was great. We got Maryland crab+cream of crab soup, which was excellent. We also got the tartare, calamari, and a dozen raw oysters. It was all delicious! I also loved the house margarita ❤️
