My husband ordered cupcakes from here for my birthday on the 20th. He picked them up on the 18th and they were the driest cupcakes I’ve ever had the icing was thick and not tasty. The strawberry crunch was dry in the middle. It was disappointing. there was supposed to be lemon ones that tasted more like a sugar cookie, but I wanted to support and originally I chose this place. I don’t want to believe that this is the way that they are but I don’t think I’ll ever do this again with them. The message that he wrote on there was absolutely beautiful, but The cupcakes were dry and not good. It was almost as if it will stale .

Seen it while sitting outside, waiting on Clark burger order to be done. Customer service great only issue is my cup cake was cold cold so when I brought them maybe I should of waited u til I got home the apple one was my first go to, but the top was so stiff had to wait until I got home to finish it. Frutti pebbles topped one was next my bf said the cereal was stale, the others were great… it’s was a very clean establishment, bright and full of color…

I’m not mad about it! Customer service was amazing and the place was spotless! I had icecream and the portion wasn’t as big (didn’t need all the sugar anyways) but it was most definitely worth going! I will recommend this place!

The atmosphere was so inviting! The owner, Teresa, was so pleasant and knowledgeable about her skills. I got two cupcakes that tasted amazing. I definitely recommend The Confetti Cake Bar!!
I love supporting small businesses and the confetti cake bar makes good cupcakes! The cake is really fluffy, spongy and delicious and I'm more of a frosting girl usually. The frosting had much to be desired and they're a bit overpriced overall. If they were equally as good I'd be willing to pay more. However, they lots of flavor options and a very friendly staff.

What a nice location with a parking lot next door and a patio (which will be lovely in the Spring Summer). Greeted by a very nice person when we walked in and by the lovely display of cupcakes to choose from. There was one (just for me) coconut cupcake EXACTLY what I wanted. I also got a strawberry crunch and an apple cobbler. I ate the coconut one immediately and I LOVED IT. It was snowing when I went and I can definitely say this single cupcake was worth coming out in the snow for. I also got a banana pudding cup. Can't wait to have what ai got and go back to try others.

Friendly staff, easy access to the building. Nice Decour on the inside!I love the cake it's just when I choose my sweets it's based off of the icing. Mostly, I can't believe I'm saying, I love the cake at this point sadly, I don't love the icing. I don't know what to say..I'm a heavy buttercream type of girl in this icing is light. I'm super confused and perplexed right now this eight dollar slice of cake experience isn't subpar, I don't want anyone to be confused. I think it's just my preference in baked goods. This is a wonderful slice of cake I prefer a heavy butter cream PERIOD. But this cake is soooo moist and flavorful I digress. Most likely I will not visit again unless they use different types of icing on their cupcakes. Drats

Visited my son and his girlfriend at Loyola in Baltimore. Had lunch at Clark's Burger on York Rd., then walked across the street to The Confetti Cake Bar, a quaint little bakery. Glad we did.I'm not a big cupcake eater, but every time I'm in Baltimore (or anywhere near...), I will definitely go back for these cupcakes. Brought home six of them, and they are absolutely the best cupcakes I've eaten in over 5 decades of life so far! My wife agrees. Very light, yet extremely tasty and moist.Kudos to the bakers and staff at The Confetti Cake Bar!
Good strawberry crunch cheesecake portion (a sticking point for me) though I wish I got it fresh instead of at the end of the night.
