Have had excellent meals here! A brunch menu was quite tasty, with some relatively simple meals on paper coming out quite well. Enjoy coming here when I can.

Loved brunch here!! Great Bloody Mary, which is hard to find. Good Irish coffee. The cinnamon roll donut is worth every calorie, don’t even think about not getting it! The atmosphere and restaurant are gorgeous! Will definitely come back!

Edit: As of this evening, we were contacted by the restaurant and offered an apology and a gift card to return.

Last night was nothing short of a disappointment. We had an 8:15 PM reservation and ended up waiting nearly an hour without any updates. The hostess disappeared, and no one bothered to check in with us or offer an explanation. We weren't the only ones either—multiple other parties were also waiting, left unaddressed and ignored. This was a reservation that we made a month ago and called twice to confirm it and were assured everything would be in order.

When we finally spoke to the manager, instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, they dismissed us completely. The manager claimed that other guests had been there for hours and were "spending a lot of money," implying that our business wasn't valued.

We understand that restaurants can get busy, especially during holidays, but the lack of professionalism and customer service was deeply disappointing. What's even more disappointing is that I've been a customer here before and genuinely enjoyed the experience. This visit, however, has left me shocked.

If you're not going to honor reservations or set time limits for tables, then don't offer reservations in the first place. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was astounding. We left feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

After nearly an hour of waiting—despite having confirmed our reservation and the time—we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner here. The staff was wonderful. Our server, Christian, was attentive and personable. The menu was fresh and creative, and maybe best of all - reasonably priced for the quality. They had a great selection of bourbon for my husband, and I had a perfectly made dirty martini. We enjoyed the butternut squash soup and the whipped ricotta as appetizers, followed by the smoked pork chop and a petit filet with the red wine demi glaze for entrees, with the house Malbec. Topped it off with the pineapple upside down cake and Taharka Brothers ice cream for dessert. We were in the smaller side room, so the ambiance was great, but the main room was very busy and loud. I'm grateful for our seating because we really enjoyed the evening.

If you’re looking for Brunch in Baltimore. This is it. Coming from NYC we were pleasantly surprised! We had the Challah French Toast, Bacon & Cheedar Omlette with home fries and the steak & eggs. The home fries were cooked with caramelized onion and so delicious. The Challah French toast was not too sweet and topped with fresh berries. Steak was cooked perfectly at medium temperature with a light hollandaise sauce. The Apple Cider mimosa was crisp and refreshing and not too sweet! We definitely will be back soon!

September 2024, I've been trying to get to this restaurant for a while. It has "City Vibes" in the back of Federal Hill (Locust Point). They have a large indoor and outdoor eating area, but I always choose the bar. We did lunch on a Saturday, so the menu was limited until 3 p.m., which delayed my steak, shrimp, and oyster meal until next time.

We dined at Copper Shark and were greeted with stellar service that truly set the tone for the evening. Most of the dishes were flavorful and well-executed, but then came the ravioli—a disappointing surprise. It was completely frozen on the inside, which shattered any expectations of fresh, house-made pasta. While they graciously offered a complimentary drink to make up for the mishap (thank you for that), it left us second-guessing the kitchen’s commitment to quality. Overall, the service shone, but the frozen ravioli was a cold reminder that not everything is as fresh as it seems.

We visited Copper Shark for the first time yesterday, we went for the charcuterie board and stayed for dinner and dessert. We sat at the bar Danny our bartender was very knowledgeable about each menu item as well as each drink we asked about, he really takes a lot of pride in his work and the restaurant. The charcuterie board had a fantastic selection of meets and cheeses. We got the the pork chop and lamb duo, the food was absolutely amazing! For dessert we had the maple cinnamon bread pudding it definitely did not disappoint! We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent service, food, and drinks. Short rib was flavorful and tender. This was also probably one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back.
