Brunch there was good. Food was prepared well. Service was a little slow but. The place had a great atmosphere.

Although Copper Shark has been in the neighborhood for some time, I’ve only been in a few times. I was craving a burger and decided to pop in for a quick dinner with my husband post workout. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were great! I ordered a burger, medium. Now I’m not picky but when the burger was brought to me, it was rare. Rare enough that I sent it back (something I rarely do). The bartender mentioned that their “medium is on the rarer side” which I thought was an interesting comment. When they brought it back, it was cooked to death. I’m talking rubber puck; barely edible. It was disappointing that instead of fixing a kitchen error, the kitchen decided to prove a point of some sort. It was an off putting experience and likely the last time that I would stop in for food.

I enjoyed the atmosphere. I visited here 3/24/24 to celebrate a family event during brunch. Our seating was perfect. I ordered the steak and eggs. My food tasted good, but my steak came out cold. My husband ordered the short rib benidict, which was good, but the rib was also cold. I ordered a carafe of mimosa. And my sister ordered a flavored carafe . They were good but could not taste the difference between the 2. I felt like my server could've been slightly more attentive. As the restaurant did not appear to be busy. We ordered the cinammon roll donut, and the waffle beignets -good. Also ordered was the fruity pebble pancake, which i found disappointing because it was a spoonful of cereal on top of pancakes rather than being a lucious topping or the cereal being cooked it in (expected).

I dined at Copper Shark on Saturday 3/16. I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy but still elegant. The food was consistently good. Get the tuna tartare pizza appetizer, it was awesome. My wine braised short rib entrée was delicious. I also got a chance to taste the mustard crusted lamb shank and scallop dishes. You can tell the chef focuses on creating outstanding flavor and not being super fussy with presentation. There are a good variety of cocktails as well. I want to close out by commenting on the staff. Brian was our waiter. He was friendly, attentive and timely throughout the evening. He read the table, knowing when to offer more food and drinks or let us finish a conversation. The rest of the staff seemed to work very well as a team. You could feel it from the time you walked into the restaurant. It's 45 minutes from my house but I will return several times this year.

I have been here many times now and have loved every dish I've ordered. Drink prices are very reasonable. We like to sit at the bar. The bartenders are friendly and we always get great service.

We had such a fantastic anniversary dinner here last night. We were greeted with complimentary glasses of champagne; such a special touch! Nahal (unsure of spelling), our server, was fantastic; she was attentive and gave insightful recommendations whenever asked. The cocktails we had throughout the evening were wonderful. Wandering Days sounded intriguing with the housemade orange-rosemary-cinnamon syrup. This one had a slight smokiness to it which my husband enjoys more than I do, so we traded. Winter in Jalisco was bright and well balanced, especially for someone who doesn't always love tequila. We agreed The Witcher was probably the best cocktail of the evening and had a nice jaminess to it. For appetizers we shared the Tuna tartare; generous chunks of very fresh tuna, lovely crispy topping and the avocado puree holding it together was wonderful. We tried the charred Octopus Au Poivre. This was a recommendation and such a delight. It had some curry notes in there which made it very interesting. My husband usually hates octopus that isn't breaded and deep fried, but he thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the Short Rib and Mushroom Stroganoff pasta as my main course. This was outstanding! Not only did it have short rib and bacon, but also duck confit; delicious. The house made cavatappi pasta had a nice bite to it without being too hard; perfect. My husband had the Red Wine Braised Short Rib; also excellent, although the tomatoes made it a little sweet. For dessert we had the new Caramel Bread Pudding with caramel ice cream. Loved that the restaurant not only gifted dessert to us for our anniversary, but also allowed us to choose which dessert we wanted! We don't normally go for bread pudding, but this was nice as well. And ending the meal with some Blanton's on the rocks? Killer! Highly recommend Copper Shark.

Really good food, reasonable prices, great parking! Please know that if you go between 3 and 4 pm there is a very limited bar menu for the kitchen staff to recharge before the dinner rush. This is not posted anywhere. I would definitely go back!

For sure among the best restaurants in America, that deserves a Michelin star. Food is exceptional, drinks are crafted, service is friendly, great. It is also very spacious and pleasant. Top, top recommendation.

I consider myself a foodie. I normally do not do reviews but me and my boyfriend really love this restaurant. It was amazing the food was amazing. They also had very large portions. I have a lot leftovers. Nice atmosphere. Sorry if the photos were blurry, I had to screenshot them from a video.

Just ok. Drinks took a very long time although yummy. Appetizers were very good (Brussels, tuna, octopus) Fish was good (salmom) but the rest of the plate was ice cold. Side dishes arrived after we ate our meal. So it was disappointing this visit but they have the foundation for. Great restaurant. Hopefully just an off night.

As usual great service and excellent food. Unusual ceaser salad with ice cold, crispy greens with crumble on top rather than croutons; to die for crispy Brussel Sprouts, and delicately composed and flavored tuna tartar!

This is a favorite brunch spot for me now. The lox, lobster frittata, chocolate ganache pancakes all were excellent. I would say it doesn't really break the bank also, relatively affordable for those items I listed.

I normally love this place but today was a huge disappointment. It took 15 minutes for the server to get our order and another 30 minutes before our drinks were dropped. The bartender appeared apathetic and the manager wasn’t any better. Then they forgot our bottle chiller for our sparkling. And one guests fries were cold. At no point did anyone acknowledge this with an apology. By the way, there were six people in the bar. I hope this was a one off but it was a huge fail.
