Intentionally kept vacant.A blight upon the city. Management should sell and GTFO.

Unfortunately it is closed. I don't know if forever

This mall is conveniently located at Baltimore Inner Harbor. Beautiful Mall with great decor. Most of the retail stores are closed, maybe they will use some of the empty stores for pop up small business stores. Underground parking and a Hotel is available at this location.
Charm'tastic Mile
The Gallery Mall as of Tuesday is closed permanently to the public. There will be no access to The Gallery from the Renaissance Hotel or The “Charm’tastic Mile”. The retail crown jewel that opened in 1987 is gone. Thank you for the wonderful memories that it has given to millions of patrons that walked through the doors for almost 35-years.

This mall is dying. We parked there and it was a waste of money because there are so few places to shop now. Check to see if there is anything open anymore before you go.On the plus side Forever 21 was 50% everything in the store as they closeout...
Charm'tastic M.
The Gallery Mall at Harborplace has closed permanently after nearly 35-years in business. When it opened in a Spring 1987 it was the crown jewel of downtown retail with a happening food court. It was a perfect location entering the Inner Harbor and centrally located on The "Charm'tastic Mile". The Gallery Mall will never be forgotten and will forever be a symbol to the old days of greatness of the Inner Harbor.

Great hotel with amazing staff! Breakfast was underwhelming for the price though

The Gallery is a great mall for I door walking and shopping. When I visited many of the stores were closed. Closed due to timing, not covid. It's very nice, safe, and pleasant. There's not a huge array of shopping. I liked that it was easily accessible to our hotel so we did not need to walk outdoors in the hot heat. I would recommend The Gallery

Weird mall. Almost completely vacant. They lock the entrances to the parking garage at night, so it became a 15 minute game of how to get our car out..

Most retailers are gone. I just love the space, ambiance and architecture. Location is prime real estate! Bring local merchants back to the harbor. Stop criminalizing Baltimore! We are better then that.

I love the Bath & Body Works there. The ladies are just so sweet and kind.

Excellent! Super gracious, friendly, and easy going check in from Patrice. Great quiet 12th floor room overlooking the city and harbor. Easy parking underground, too. Highly recommend.

Neat place! But a lot of stores closed for good because of covid

This is still a very beautiful mall despite the lack of businesses inside. It'll be sad to see it go.
