First experience at The Gardens Rooftop and definitely WILL NOT be the last! Great vibes and chill atmosphere. The food portions were amazing. The Island Pasta I had was delicious that night and the next day! We dined in The Garden but will have to try The Rooftop section next time.

Great experience. Our server, Shay, was friendly, kind and patient. The manager was very pleasant and did everything in his power to ensure everyone had a great experience. He checked in and valued our opinion. Great food, drinks, decor & service, definitely going back !!

I would like to say our waitress was top tier!!! She made sure we set all night long! We were large party of 8 with a bunch of conversations and she kept professional and vibes very well. One server had a very nasty attitude when she brought our food out. She actually stared down one of my friends which was completely out of line. A few of agreed that the food was a bit salty but tolerable. The manager actually purposely photobombed our picture which shocked me because he was so high strong all night. He actually drew a lot of attention to himself as he tried to managed the wait staff. Would I go back? Yes I would.

I must say to be sitting at the bar area on a birthday date I couldn't even tell I was sitting there . Definitely was a a vibe and the attentiveness was on another level food was great for the price I paid , definitely would go back

The only thing good about this place is the food . Why have a dress code when it is not going to be enforce.. the staff / waitresses are there are only for the tips. The security sucks., I do not recommend this place, especially if you are wanting to have a laid back no drama time.

The food was amazing and my server was very attentive. The only thing that was a turn off is because they needed our table. We were rushed at the end. They even sent over another patron to take over our table and we hadn't even paid the bill or finished our drinks . It was supposed to be a two hour reservation and we weren't even there two hours.

I’m in a group where we are all over the nation, so we meet up once a year in different cities, this year it’s Baltimore. We get there around 8PM, snag all the available tables and get a bottle service booth. The cuisine was excellent from everyone that ordered, my catfish bites and sweet/sour shrimp came out hot and very tasty. The DJ catered to our tastes and as the crowd became younger as the night got later he played more of their music but it was cool. They also have a strolling violinist and strolling MC a real nice touch. At 63 I rarely do clubs but this establishment is really nice…the staff is able and professional…the establishment itself is great looking (the owners spent some money). I’ll tell anyone to go there and I love Baltimore (my first time). A restaurant and classy bar is on the first level and the retractable rooftop club is the second level. Well done.

Checked out The Garden Rooftop for one of my bestie’s birthdays. Went on a Sunday at 7:15 and the dining area was empty for a while, except for us (was game day). There was a lot of people upstairs for their day party. The downstairs is where you dine and you really can’t tell there’s a whole party happening upstairs, which was nice. Service was amazing! Mandy, if you see this, just know I’m always coming back and I hope you’re my waitress/bartender. You made excellent recommendations and made the drinks so good!! We got the Pink 75 (French 75), Strawberrt Kiwi Garden Drop (Lemon Drop), and a Butterscotch Espresso Martini! Drinks were 10/10, and strong.

A lot of times when I order sweet and spicy or bang bang shrimp at restaurants, there’s barely any spice there. Their sweet and spicy shrimp had the perfect level of spice and was so good I almost ordered another one!

We also got the jerk salmon with Gouda mashed potatoes (it came under the salmon) and the 14 oz. grilled ribeye steak and broccolini. The jerk salmon was good but the ribeye was better. I of course couldn’t finish it and was still good the next day.

We went upstairs a for a few minutes to see the lounge. It has a retractable roof and is a hookah lounge. I liked the vibes and music and want to come back to actually stay longer to fully experience it.

This is a great spot for Baltimore folks who want an elevated DC experience without making the trek to DC. Went here on a Friday night, but I'll definitely be back for the live music happy hour on Thursdays. The DJ knew how to cater to all age groups, because the age demographic was all over the place. Started with R&B classics and by the end of the night we were on Cardi B. Drinks are a little pricey, but they don't skimp on the alcohol. Bar service was attentive and not crowded, and there were still a few spots to sit even if you didn't have table service. Centrally located - if you've never been to this part of town it may feel sketchy, but it's really not and you'll be fine! Only negative I have is moreso a heads up that they do automatically include 20% gratuity on all checks (including at the bar), which I don't mind because that's what I'd tip anyway.

A tremendous club/restaurant…the cuisine was delicious, the staff able and cordial, the establishment is clean/well run. The strolling violinist and MC were nice touches. The DJ played music that my age demographic can party to. I’m from Detroit….very impressive.

Very nice and classy restaurant. Good but expensive food, very attentive and responsive staff. Even though they didn't have too many cocktail options but overall we enjoyed and had fun.
The Day party Upstairs aon the rooftop was lit 🔥. Good vibes.
I love the most the rooftop how the roof was panoramic and gave room for the hookah smoke to escape. Thus, clean and fresh air circulating.
I'll say this is the best lounge in Baltimore so far besides the food being a little expensive, everything else is a 10/10 👌

My husband and I visited today and this place is over rated and priced. First let me say the waitress was very nice. I got chicken and French toast and the chicken was over cooked, burnt and dry. The French toast was way too sweet and mushy on the inside. My husband got a steak that was not a good quality. It was bland and chewy. The grits are gross. The waitress offered to take mine off the bill and get me something else on the menu, I declined. I wasn’t impressed at all. The brunch is nickel and dimed (à la carte) and again way over priced for the quality of the food. Just my husband food was $79 including a $11 gratuity for one person. Personally, I won’t be returning; however, I’d always recommend a person to try it for themselves to see if their experience is different.
