Checked out The Garden Rooftop for one of my bestie’s birthdays. Went on a Sunday at 7:15 and the dining area was empty for a while, except for us (was game day). There was a lot of people upstairs for their day party. The downstairs is where you dine and you really can’t tell there’s a whole party happening upstairs, which was nice. Service was amazing! This is a great spot for Baltimore folks who want an elevated DC experience without making the trek to DC. Went here on a Friday night, but I'll definitely be back for the live music happy hour on Thursdays. The DJ knew how to cater to all age groups, because the age demographic was all over the place.
