Customer Service poor

Sunday 7/20/25 11am hour, walked up to location within the hospital.. 1 worker at the time appears to be positioning stock in the back room. 5 Minuted go by, I said “Hello” just to have her understand a customer was in line. 7 minutes now in, another elderly customer is 2nd in line and she says “poor service” as neither of us were acknowledged.

8 minutes in she finally comes to the counter and takes both of our orders saying “You see I know how to multi-task” and proceeds to take the elderly customers 1st. Awful service to say the least, very bad look for the brand.
She needs to learn customer service, couldn’t imagine how she treats other customers with that attitude

Not sure about the bad reviews... was skeptical... BUT Keisha helped me and was pleasant to deal with... Got a mix of cookies Snickerdoodles, Oatmeal, Raisin, and Chocolate Chip. When I return next month hopefully she's still there!! Thx Keisha!

These cookies are always RAW! I don't care if I get them in person or order them through a delivery app. They are absolutely always RAW! These cookies are too expensive to keep having to throw them away. I don't know who's doing the baking but the cooking times really need to be adjusted. This is just ridiculous. I thought it was maybe one or two bad batches but every single time they are raw. Now I have to order from a Great Cookie that's so far away from me but it's worth it because they get it right.

You can't even get a decent cookie they selling old cookies probably that were meant to be thrown out for a come up so pathetic someone will have his job soon.

Ordered 40 dollars worth of cookies for them to throw it in the bag.The cookies were all smushed and frosting was all over the bag.

Cookies were good but customer service is as stated in other comments. Hiding in back finally I had to call out to her and then she acted annoyed

The workers are rude, impatient and lazy. They always in the back of the store talking and pretending to be busy when the cookies being sold never looks fresh. Recently went to the University of Maryland location for some butter crunch cookies the young girl grab me two cookies with one cookie broken apart so I asked for different ones and more she complained then tossed my bag at me horrible customer service.

Great place to get cookies and other sweets

Just getting into this place is a hassle in itself the security hounded me just for picking up cookies

What did you do with the original recipe? The cookie is not worth the price paid. You got this time but you won’t get me again!!!

At times their cookies are good. This used to be my last stop before going home to bring my daughters a nice sweet treat. My oldest loves snickerdoodles. The last I remember snickerdoodles were made up of cinnamon and sugar. Please correct me if I’m wrong, but the cashier said no it’s just sugar- I said that’s a straight up sugar cookie. Now I’m not sure if I’m being over charged any more because 2 white chocolate macadamia nut cookies were 12$ ??? She said the big cookies go by the weight? Another person told me they were 2$ a cookie and the smaller cookies went by the weight? Please clarify? Thanks.

My boyfriend (bless him) wanted to get me cookies for my birthday and was unfortunate enough to have doordash recommend this to him. They made the poor doordash driver wait 2 HOURS for a bucket of the most mediocre cookies I've ever had in my life. You are literally better off getting cookies from Giant.
