The young server was great, food very good, the quality of a business is the investment in the staff, financially, benefits, training. The investment will be rewarded !!!

Hard to get another drink while siting at the bar. And is a so called sports bar but closes before the game is over. Took forever to place a food order empty beer bottle in the well and still had to ask for another. Will never come back.

The customer service was horrible a waste of time, they don’t even deserve 1 star they honestly don’t deserve the star outline.

The service was horrible. The food was great, atmosphere good, but the service was sooooo bad. Young lady had an attitude and it got worse as the meal went on.

Isabelle is an amazing bartender great service !

This is the third chance I've given this place. I have sat at the bar each time and the bar is either understaffed or they just have no idea what they are doing. I've watched the patrons around me have the same experience - just plain frustrated attempting to get service (unless it's a friend of the staff) and good luck when your check comes - they'll have to ask you what you had.

The photo I am adding is a picture of all the trash that was left there since the end of the first half (of a Ravens game) and remained there in front of me for the entire second half, and was there after the game was over as I gave up on getting another drink and waited for 20 minutes for anyone to even ask me if I wanted my check.

I'll never be back.

Update: You'll notice that "The Owner" sent a response asking to be contacted. I contacted them at the provided email address, and there has been no response.

The waitress was cool but didn't bring water while we waited or after food and drinks cane we had to ask for it. The fried pickles were great but I had a long black hair hanging from it with ranch I had dipped on it smh. My hair was blonde at the time. Other than that the food was really really good

I had the absolute worse experience at the Green Turtle today. I arrived at 3:34pm. I did not receive my food until 4:30pm. When I received my food, it was only half of what I ordered and it was cold. On top of that no utensils were provided. I asked for a manager and instead of the manager coming to speak with me, another employee(not even the waiter) came over to hear the complaint. Moments later, my appetizer came out and still no utensils. After waiting an additional 25 mins, I requested a manager again. Still no manager. After another 5 minutes, my food came out(some of it was still missing). I had to ask my waiter for utensils because they were never provided. The manager never came out to address the issue which was mind-blowing. This horrible experience was so unfortunate because up until today the Green Turtle has been one of my favorite restaurants. It's sad how one bad apple can spoil the entire bunch. I will not be returning and I will reach out to the ombudsman's office for this district regarding the poor service.

The service was horrible when we walk in nobody was at the front desk for awhile so we seat our self down and an ask for help and nobody can to help us. We even ask for a waitress and she told us to hold on and never came back and the manger on duty just kept walking by and seen us asking for help and didn’t do nothing

This place does not even deserve 1 star. We walked in placed or food order at 3:04pm got out appetizers at 3:35. Then waiting on our food the waitress comes over at 4:00pm to then tell us they don't have what my husband ordered. So yoy mean to tell me that from 3 to 4 noone communicated that they did have the ingredients. They take the burgers off the bill we pay for the drinks and appetizers cause we ate them. The managers say I didn't know none of this I'm just the night manager. They need to do better you can be short staffed and that's understandable but that communication comes from your leadership do better

Went in to eat dinner and was told there’s a $10 cover charge because a UFC fight is on. ?
I couldn’t care less about UFC. I wanted wings.
Why is a perpetually DEAD restaurant charging a cover charge? Ridiculous!

This location is absolutely the best. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Mgmt. does an excellent job assisting and working shoulder to shoulder with their staff. Food always hot and fresh. Drinks are outstanding. Let’s not forget that every where you turn in the restaurant there’s a tv for unlimited entertainment. Hands down a relaxing but fun environment.
