January the 29th I called Hopkins spot to order a delivery for a cheeseburger sub with everything no mayonnaise a order of fries and a can of brisk tea ... the lady on the phone told me the 12-in sub is $12 and the 8-in sub is $8 and some change ... so I decided to get the 8-in sub with a order of french fries and a can of brisk tea... She responded my total was $12 and some change ... then she told me I have to pay delivery fee and my subtotal at the end of my order was $15 and some change ... like when did pizza delivery spots charge people for delivery fees when you 5 Miles per of the establishment ... I literally live down the street from this Pizza spot but you charge me a delivery fee ...

Thier food is good but they always forget something with your food then play on the food like they can't hear you or keep saying the driver is coming but have you waiting like a hour or more

We walked in and the guy behind the counter just looked at us without saying anything. My wife asked "do we seat ourselves" to which he replied Caesar salad? So we sat ourselves and he walked by us 4 times with zero recognition and finally we went back up to the counter and asked if someone takes our order or if we were supposed to order at the register and he said you are supposed to order at the register. We left. Do not waste your time. I can't imagine they will get the order right and prepare the food correctly anyway.

Love the cheese steak. Wish the bar area was open. I always carry out since I'm just two blocks away. Food prepared quickly. When working from home it's my go to lunch spot.

I ORDERED DELIVERY AT 10:45pm! THEY DONT CLOSE UNTIL 11:50pm. I LIVE LESS THAN 10 MINS AWAY. MY FOOD NEVER CAME! I CALLED THE STORE MULTIPLE TIMES, THE LADY SAID HE WAS COMING. NEVER CAME. NOW IM UP WITH NO FOOD AND NO ONE TO SPEAK WITH BECAUSE THE STORE IS CLOSE. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

We have been ordering here for over a year and it has slowly gotten just BAD…we only live 1/2 mile and delivery used to be so quick, everything hot and fresh. This last time it took over an hour, pizza was dry and cold with little to no toppings. Salad used to be mixed greens, this Greek had all iceberg and dill pickles?! It will be a long time before we try it again….but tired of being disappointed esp for the cost.

I got into my hotel late and decided to order this for delivery. I ordered wings with Maryland Sauce, ranch dressing and cookies & cream cake. What was delivered was wings with no sauce, no ranch, and carrot cake. Not sure how they could mess up a small order that much!

I was highly disappointed with their lack of empathy. My partner and I went for a walk on an extremely hot day and forgot our wallets. We couldn’t purchase water from the CVS due to this condition. We were dressed in house clothes because our intention was just to go for an excercise walk. We came into this establishment and asked if we could get a cup of water. The lady refused to give us water and said they only had bottled water. They make smoothies are you telling me they use bottled water only for that? Maybe but I doubt it. As a student in the graduate school of Hopkins up the street I am disappointed in this treatment I received here. I can’t say for sure why she refused to give us water (as she stated they only had bottled water not tap water) but the humanity of people and businesses now a days is almost extinct. During this encounter It was a south East Asian female cashier.
