Updated Review! I returned recently to The Land of Kush and I had the absolute pleasure of trying the vegan crab cake wrap. I was blown away! The flavors were perfectly balanced—savory, satisfying, and every bit a testament to the culinary magic happening in their kitchen by the young lady with the loc's who gave me the warmest greeting. The texture of the crab cake was spot-on, giving that authentic "crabby" feel without any of the guilt. The freshness of the wrap ingredients complemented the crab cake beautifully, making for a meal that's as vibrant as it is delicious. If you're looking for a spot that knows how to elevate plant-based cuisine to an art form, look no further. The Land of Kush is officially one if my go-to for amazing vegan eats. Don't walk—run to try this masterpiece! been Stamped by Ai.... #stampedbyAi #trustedsource #trustedadvisor #trustedreview

Ordered from DoorDash after trusting the reviews and I’m glad I did! Had the special platter with ribs, Mac and cheese, and collard greens. I also had the crab cakes (which were more like balls but still good). The ribs come with a lot of sauce and I wished I had some rice for it to go with, and the Mac and cheese needed a lil something more but I still enjoyed it all.

After being a regular customer of places like NuVegan and Dodah’s kitchen, I had high expectations of Land of Kush after reading all the reviews. Their Mac and cheese was the most bland Mac and cheese I ever had. Their sweet potato was sickly sweet and I could not even finish it. Their chicken tenders were lots better although I’d have liked them to be a bit more tender. People working there were really nice

A Baltimore classic, this place knows exactly what it is and delivers great soul food in a cozy location. Not the fanciest of places, but the food is incredible across the board.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, vibrant artwork, and the aroma of freshly made plant-based soul food. I had the Chickpea Burger, and it was beyond amazing crispy on the outside, packed with flavor, and paired with the perfect toppings. The Chickun Tenders were crispy, well-seasoned, and had the perfect texture. But the real star? The Kush BBQ Ribs so tender and flavorful that even meat lovers would be impressed because I sure was .

I enjoyed the vegan crabcake platter with kale and yams very much. They have a counter and a few wooden tables with bar stools. Looks like a take out place. Went with an omnivore who was not into the chicken curry.

Best vegan food on the East Coast. Naijha and Greg are real people and true professionals. They are heavily invested in the community. Every time I go, it's an authentic experience.

October 2024 Update : Food still very good but one of my past favorites (lentil burger) isn't as good as it use to be. The last half dozen times I've gotten them, they are over fried. If day slightly burnt. At the same time, the vegan crab cakes have improved! They're less salty but still delicious. Just right. The live kale is still clutch and so is the mac and cheese. Unfortunately, portion sizes for sides have gotten noticeably smaller. Did I mention how crazy the yams are???
