Whenever I come to The Last Penny in Locust Point, it’s always a fantastic experience! The warm and inviting atmosphere makes me feel right at home, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.

Easy soft mellow music in the background, and yes, you can actually have conversation in the quieter back section! The bar keep is a most pleasant person, helpful and friendly. Appearing when you need something and yet not intrusive whatsoever when you’re deep in conversation. Perfect. Interesting and delicious cocktails are on the chalkboard. Two unisex bathrooms available are meticulously clean. Pro tip: drop in soon, because right now The Last Penny is between chefs and outside food is permitted! I went for the first time and really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. The tacos was awesome. You must try them. Also the chicken masala pizza was great. Drink was a red wine.
