This is like a neighborhood hang out that serves food. They have a DJ and the music was nice. There is a bar and you have the restaurants that serve the food and sweets. I sat inside and ate. There were people playing cards and just hanging out. I will be back again.

Ewwww I will never patronize this place again…the hours are never correct, food is overpriced, no type of customer service or courtesy from people who are supposed to be advertising you their food and catering to you as a paying customer. I try to support local business, especially Black but it’s the same disappointment over and over…you can’t teach ppl how to be good ppl and successful business owners. I don’t see this place lasting past two years and why does every Black business have to have music blasting loud as hell…hang it up, flatscreen!

This was my first visit & I was truly impressed. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing, especially because the Ravens was playing in Baltimore & the vibe & fans show up to watch on the big screen. Next Phase didn't disappoint either. I had the chicken wing platter with yams & Mac & cheese. My ride or die loved the catfish & fries. I will definitely recommend to family & friends. What an awesome addition to this college community. I would love to see more food courts in other communities where folks can come together.

I’m sick and tired of the music being blasted loud as hell I live in the apartments over top of this place and can hear the music all the way on the third floor others have complained about this same issue and still nothings being fixed about it on top of even after yall close we still have to listen to the loud drunk belligerent people who sit and hang outside all night after closing even some of the staff members be out there loud people have kids and jobs and this is interrupting people sleep schedule it’s to the point my kids are waking up because of how loud yall blast the music in this place I’m tired of it!!!!!!
I been living in this area all my life. I was happy when the mill opened. To see all black owned businesses. The disappointment for me was today my family and I went there to watch after church. All of the stands basically sell some type of sandwich. Except 2 sow we went to 3 chefs we spent close to $200 not that it was a problem the problem was the food was not good. The oxtails the sauce was thick and salty. The oxtails were dry and hard the peas and rice were okay the pasta was alright the curry chicken egg roll was extremely hot couldn’t eat it the salmon and shrimp sandwich was bland the French fries had some kind of season on them they didn’t need it at all. The beef patty was good. Also we stopped at the dessert stand the strawberry pudding was not giving anything at all now the donuts are a must. Since no one liked their food we got a smoothies and that was good. Oooo and they stopped at the bar which is over priced they charge $15 for a shot of Tito’s. I just wish the food was better. The mill is diffently over hyped
