I wanted the food to be great but only average and $16.50 for three Drip coffees, at least make sure everyone gets refills. Impressive Pez collection though.

The food quality and consistency has gone down a lot I've the last year. One time is maybe a off day but not several times in a row. Also I have motor issues and cannot use the pepper and salt mills they have and when I asked the waitress if they have regular salt and pepper shakers she shrugged and said no.

Came for a nice solo breakfast. Obviously the decor kept me occupied but the wait for my food wasn’t long at all. My homefries were already cold, though. Banana Foster French toast and bacon were good. Ordered a milkshake to go and it was ready when I was.
I didn’t interact with the staff much with it being a Sunday morning and me being only a single table, but they were nice all the same.
Coming back another time to try some things that looked good on the lunch/dinner side of the menu. I’d recommend it for solo or group dining. I did hear that the entire party has to be with you if you’re in a large group but it wasn’t said to me so please don’t quote me on that. There is a small parking lot across the street for the diner and street parking surrounding.

This unique place will always have a conversation going. The food, employees, ambiance is topnotch. It's small but don't let that stop you and the food and artwork on display is what makes this location a one of a kind.

I went to Paper Moon the first time I visited Baltimore 3 years ago and truly enjoyed the food! I was sooo excited to go again...unfortunately I was sorely disappointed this time! The meatloaf was soft & wet - like loose burger! The ciabatta bread was not toasted & couldn't hold the meat inside and fell apart so the sandwich was a pile of mush!

I came with my cousin from Atlanta just to show you off! I sadly don't recall our servers name, but they were a delight. They had kind of a mullet/Mohawk thing going on and lovely earrings.i paused outside to smoke and just as I was dropping off my butt in the butt place, They came running to catch me because I forgot my purple witch hat! The bread pudding was a sin. the server was a saint. I'll see you at the moon.

Papermoon Diner is such an eclectic little magical diner. A sensory overload for the eyes, but in a neat way.
After years of putting off my visit to Papermoon, I finally decided to take a surprise trip with my nephew. Since I knew eating a diner with so much fun stuff enrobing you would be up his alley. We stopped in on a late Sunday morning for breakfast and was lucky enough to not have to wait to be seated. Our server was nice, giving us a moment to decide what we wanted to nosh on while pointing out all the little trinkets covering the walls and ceiling. I opted for the Shrimp and Grits and my nephew settled on the Chocolate Chip Pancakes.
The food was delicious. A generous amount of shrimp in the shrimp and grits adorned with some very creamy grits and a sauce chock full of veggies and tasso ham. My nephews stack of pancakes was soft and pillowy to which he devoured. My only gripe were the prices. I felt the pricing for some of the items, particularly the pancakes, were a little pricey. Three pancakes with no additional sides for $17.95 is pretty steep in my opinion. Next time I'll probably do a la carte to get a full meal at the same price of just three pancakes.
Nonetheless, we had a great dining experience and we're looking forward to our next visit at Papermoon Diner.

On a Wednesday morning we drove to Remington to have breakfast at Papermoon Diner, a brightly painted local institution filled with toys and eclectic artwork. The restaurant was opened in 1994 by a Korean immigrant who collaborated with an art school friend to decorate the interior with their collections of toys and knickknacks. Over the years customers have contributed their own items and many of the existing ones have been stolen. The owner seems to have a predilection for naked dolls and mannequins which are clustered together in various states of dismemberment. The kids were somewhat creeped out by this but I thought it was quite entertaining. I do appreciate this particular aspect of Americana in which diners are festooned with memorabilia and idiosyncratic decor. Of course the main reason we were there was to eat and Papermoon Diner provided us with generous portions of excellent breakfast food.

Happy 27th to us!!! The PaperMoon Diner has been on our bucket list and I was thrilled to finally check it off while in town for a wedding. The portions were LARGE. We each ordered the omelets but they were mostly egg. Would like to try something else if we make it back again. The side of greens with dressing were a nice side but the service and atmosphere are what really won us over.

Although it is not my type of vibe, the food and the service were great. The decor was overwhelming, but I would definitely go back for the food.
