Slow service. Only bar tender paid us minimal attention. Food was not hot/fresh. took 10 minutes to get our drinks. Took 40 minutes for wings and pretzel’s. Took 15 minutes between asking for the bill and receiving it. Very clearly a college bar, not for quick bites/drinks during the day.

The bartender was rude and would not provide tap water after I had already spent over $50 on my tab. She provided other guests with tap water but stated that the bar only provides bottled water.

My experience at this restaurant was subpar. It took a while for someone to greet my party even though we were in the same room as another party. The manager on duty was very unprofessional to a guest. She used very rude words and a condescending tone when asked politely to move over so that a pool game could continue. She stated “I’m speaking with a paying customer”. Then expressed that she was the manager as if it was okay to speak to someone that way. She did not de-escalate the situation and instead argued back and forth then told us to leave. Besides this very negative encounter…. The menus are paper and were dirty. Do not visit this restaurant! There was another review of a manager being rude to customers. Maybe the same person. This is not okay and this is unacceptable. Poor service, poor attitude. We were told to leave as we were ordering… after waiting 10 minutes for someone to even say “hello”.

We had an amazing time with Deia at the point for our birthday celebration. service was efficient and delicious. Keep the drinks rolling for bottomless brunch. Food was outstanding. We had a great time
There is a reason there are few locals here. Inattentive bartenders, mediocre food at best and a general you dont matter vibe. Visited on a Sunday. Brunch overpriced and blah..

He went above and beyond to give us recommendations for things to do and places to go while we were in Baltimore. Rich was the perfect ambassador for the city. Thanks Mate!
I love coming here for the night time bar experience. They have karaoke on Thursdays and the crowd is always encouraging and fun to sing with. I have tried plenty of their drinks, and the bartenders are always super nice and attentive.
