The good: the food is pretty tasty.
Unfortunately that's really the only redeeming factor. The price is high for the portion size. Just as an example, bottles of water are $3. And the fried spring rolls - which are smaller than a $1.50 egg roll you'd get at a Chinese takeout place - are also $3 a piece. You'll get much much better value at the nearby Maiwand or Qdoba.
They don't have working bathrooms. That fact is made all the worse when they give you a straw coated in something sticky, and there's no place to wash your hands.
The whole store is generally in junky shape.
I asked to pay some portion of the bill with cash and the rest with a card. The guy said we'd have to handle the card portion first, then after charging the card he reveals that he put the full bill on the card and didn't know how to include the cash.
And after the generally poor service, they have the gall to offer you the option to tip 30% at a spot where you order from a counter and seat yourself.

Pho is definitely “different” They might use a powder, you can tell from barely any fat residue in the broth, if that's what you like. It was bland. $16.91 for a small bowl of pho Tai, meh pho place I have ever been too as well as the fact they combined the bean sprouts, Thai basil with “to go” condiments in a bag for a meal eaten in the establishment.
Baltimore has been trying to revamp Lexington Market for decades and it still looks like crap from when I was child.
But yea the pho is okay.

We picked up some carry out from Red Boat Viet Fusion, which was our first time ordering from this restaurant and were very pleased with the service and food. Their vegan/vegetarian options were inventive and delicious including the fried tofu tacos. The beef pho broth flavor was rich and rivaled some of the my favorite vietnamese establishments I've had in other US cities including Boston.
I was very impressed with how well they handled carry-out pho order, including 32 ounces of steaming hot pho broth, and several containers of all of the fixings, including:
- sliced brisket
- rice noodles
- veggies
- thai basil
- sliced jalepenos
- a lime wedge
- and packets of sriracha and hoisin sauce
I couldn't believe that I was able to have a pretty authentic pho experience in a to-go order. They also included chopsticks and plastic silverware. We will definitely be ordering carry-out from here again!

Order a sandwich and pho, both of those have hairs inside, so disgusting…
Btw, they don’t serve iced water by cups…
Don’t recommend it.

The food is awesome! I've ordered here before but this was the 1st time I came in. The store is all sticky and smells heavily of cigarette smoke. I recommend ordering and eating at home.

I had lemongrass chicken and noodles. Service was great. Minimal wait and the food was good. The green tea was very refreshing. I recomend this restaraunt and thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience.
