Staff greeted me immediately upon entering and went out of their way to start a conversation, my order was made perfect. The food was delicious, overall would recommend for the warm inviting atmosphere and good soul food that isn't overpriced!

I like to be fair. Young man working was kind and helpful. Atmosphere was nice, but the food was not it. Fried chicken tasted like the Chinese chicken, I knew when he opened the box for me it wasnt going to taste like solid food fried chicken. Was just crisp, not crunchy. Disappointed. Mac and cheese flavorless, watery, just tasted like salt. Greens garlicky, not good. Wasted most of the food. Highly disappointed.

Service was non-existent. I was told I had to wait 10+ min for someone to take my carry out order. The person who was to take my order walked pass me four times before I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I recently celebrated my birthday at The Reserve Restaurant with my family and friends, and it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was elegant, the space spotless, and the décor was perfectly on point.

The staff was everything polite, welcoming, and made sure every guest felt appreciated from the moment we entered to the moment we left. The food was incredible well-seasoned, generous portions, and beautifully presented.

I had the pleasure of meeting Executive Chef Mr. Crump, who went above and beyond to make my celebration perfect. He was professional, accommodating, and handled all of my last-minute requests with ease.

Everything was flawless no extra touches needed! I truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend The Reserve for anyone looking to host a special occasion or simply enjoy a memorable dining experience!

I recently had my anniversary dinner at the reserve. We drove from New Jersey to Baltimore for the weekend and the food, atmosphere and hospitality was fantastic! Everyone was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves so much. Thank you so much Phil and Team for everything

The Reserve was such an incredible find! From the moment we walked in, it felt welcoming and just an overall great vibe. The food? Out of this world…Every dish tasted like it was made with love and care. Even the self-serve drinks were spot on. The staff treated us like family, and the chef personally came out to check on us, which we considered to be a nice touch you don’t see often. If you’re anywhere near Baltimore, do yourself a favor and stop by, because this place is the real deal!

The only downside? We couldn’t give more than 5 stars! Highly recommend!!! We will definitely be back!

I can’t believe I didn’t know about The Reserve Restaurant and Carryout sooner! From start to finish, everything was such a great experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home.

Now the food… absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed all of the sides, but the fried chicken and catfish stole the show—both were perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. The honey butter cornbread was melt-in-your-mouth good, and the mango lemonade was the perfect refreshing touch.

I’m already planning my next visit to try the crab cakes and lamb chops. This spot is a true gem, and I’ll definitely be back!

Where do I start ? Or maybe you can help me . This place was authentically truly amazing . I wish I could give it more than 5 stars . The moment I walked in I was great by a male staff member respectfully. There is plenty of seating . The music is luxury jazz , even your stomach will be dancing . They also have all you can eat 😩😩. The prices are very affordable 🙌🏽 & the food is top tier the presentation is everythanggggg you can expect at a 10star restaurant. This restaurant is a HIDDEN GEM 💎. They also have a party room the next door and is behind gorgeous you can order from the other side without any hassles . Let’s get started in this good bc I’m not done with this review .
