Ordered $40 worth of food and Driver wouldn’t get out the car to bring my food to the door. If we paying for delivery what’s the problem with the driver getting out the car. And I always tip them 10 or more. Driver ended up pulling off with the food! After waiting 1 hr. I will be calling the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU in the MORNING

I ordered crispy chicken sandwhich (which by the way is just a frozen chicken tender) and they added American cheese and a slop of toppings on it, and say if you don't specify they just 'add it' I called for refund and the guy who answered the phone just argued with me. Crap food and crap service.

The wings, subs and burgers are pretty good. But the sides are awful. I ordered Mac and cheese and it's just noodles with that nasty cheese whiz. No real cheese at all. It's very watery and thin.

Edit: The owner called me he was very nice and he understood my complaint I told him the whole order was a disappointment and all I asked was for the sandwhiches to be replaced and was declined. He offered to take care of the matter for me and welcome me to the neighborhood. So he’s replacing my sandwhiches and giving me an order of fries and a drink which is appreciated….. further more he explained that this establishment is Muslim owned so there’s no pork products which was the discrepancy about my Italian sub. He exchanging it for a grilled chicken sub. I am thankful and I’m awaiting my delivery so I will order here again . He does need to work on his staff though.
I am new to Baltimore. I just moved in unpacking I bout 3 platters from them. I was detailed in my instructions like pack utensils and napkins. The woman rushed you off the phone BUT EVERYTHING ABOUT MY ORDER WAS WRONG……… they breaded wings wings they were soggy and the wrong sauce was on them, the cheesesteak I asked for fried onions, salt pepper ketchup and American cheese …. I got meat onions and bread … I also ordered an Italian hoagie THESE MF HAD THE AUDACITY TO GIVE ME BOLOGNA . I called first thing this morning I figured they’d open by 10 all I asked was for them to remake my sandwiches correctly. They said return the food but I was ya last delivery how tf I was gonna do that. Don’t order from here at ALL

The food was great and the people were hospitable over the phone. The delivery guy was cool! I have dined in for lunch and the people were down-to earth! This was a referral from co-workers who eat there weekly! I plan to order and dine here again!
I recently visited this establishment and found some discrepancies with the menu prices—my wings were listed at $14.99, but my total came to $20. While I truly appreciate the fantastic customer service here, the unexpected increase made it challenging for me to leave a tip, as I wasn't prepared for the additional cost. On a positive note, the wings, dessert, and fries are great. However, I was disappointed to find that the burgers are just bread and meat even if you do request toppings.

Well my Wife went in the store to get our food and she said it was very clean, respectful workers, and the food was good we got the grilled chicken caesar salad and a small pepperoni pizza and it was nice and hot and the lettuce was fresh and chicken cooked just right ? so yes I would definitely recommend the spot.

I have ordered from The Spot previously and have enjoyed my food. Tonight I placed an order for 6 bone in chicken wings with lemon pepper flavor. After being on hold and no one came back on line. I called back and the person taking the order said I ordered American Cheese, no onions Cheese Steak sub. I would have order Provolone cheese and onions (extra onions if I could get it). I am sure I didn't tell the person a Cheese Steak sub. We went back and forth finally he apologized and told me the next time I order I would get a discount. I ask how much he told me a $3-$4 discount. Now after all that do you think I will order from them again? Customer not satisfied.

I ordered a medium pizza with garlic sauce, on the first delivery they FORGOT to give me garlic sauce. The second delivery I had to wait for the garlic sauce, the delivery driver told me I had to go out and get it when it THEY were the ones that inconvenienced ME. Including the fact in my delivery instructions I said put it on the chair. UNACCEPTABLE.
