I couldn’t get a picture until the third wing. I almost ripped through the bag to get to these wings. I just saw the negative reviews and that’s disappointing. Most of the complaints are about goofy stuff. The folks here are very nice, I’ve never had a problem, and don’t think it would be unresolvable if I were to encounter one. I love you The Spot.

The food is edible only when drunk, extremely hungry or it’s late and no options nearby. The wings were fried to golden brown perfection but it taste like they don’t wash they chicken. I only eat here when absolutely necessary and I live next door.

Ordered $40 worth of food and Driver wouldn’t get out the car to bring my food to the door. If we paying for delivery what’s the problem with the driver getting out the car. And I always tip them 10 or more. Driver ended up pulling off with the food! After waiting 1 hr. I will be calling the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU in the MORNING
Horrible customer service. I ordered crispy chicken sandwhich (which by the way is just a frozen chicken tender) and they added American cheese and a slop of toppings on it, and say if you don't specify they just 'add it' I called for refund and the guy who answered the phone just argued with me. Crap food and crap service.

The wings, subs and burgers are pretty good. But the sides are awful. I ordered Mac and cheese and it's just noodles with that nasty cheese whiz. No real cheese at all. It's very watery and thin.

Edit: The owner called me he was very nice and he understood my complaint I told him the whole order was a disappointment and all I asked was for the sandwhiches to be replaced and was declined. He offered to take care of the matter for me and welcome me to the neighborhood. So he’s replacing my sandwhiches and giving me an order of fries and a drink which is appreciated….. further more he explained that this establishment is Muslim owned so there’s no pork products which was the discrepancy about my Italian sub. He exchanging it for a grilled chicken sub. I am thankful and I’m awaiting my delivery so I will order here again . He does need to work on his staff though.
I am new to Baltimore. I just moved in unpacking I bout 3 platters from them. I was detailed in my instructions like pack utensils and napkins. The woman rushed you off the phone BUT EVERYTHING ABOUT MY ORDER WAS WRONG……… they breaded wings wings they were soggy and the wrong sauce was on them, the cheesesteak I asked for fried onions, salt pepper ketchup and American cheese …. I got meat onions and bread … I also ordered an Italian hoagie THESE MF HAD THE AUDACITY TO GIVE ME BOLOGNA . I called first thing this morning I figured they’d open by 10 all I asked was for them to remake my sandwiches correctly. They said return the food but I was ya last delivery how tf I was gonna do that. Don’t order from here at ALL
