I got the pizza for the first time and it was really good! I loved the option of the dipping sauces! Usually I get the crispy chicken Caesar wrap which is DELICIOUS!! Half priced wine on tuesdays too!!

Overall it is a good place. The food is great and the service is on point. The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is the prices feel a bit high for what you get.

UPDATE: Against my better judgement, we went back. This time they lost our card again, but found it! Then we had fraudulent charges on the card for days afterwords. So that was fun. ————— First time at the new W. We were there less than an hour. Bartenders lost my husbands credit card, then tried to kick us out when we questioned where it went. Management intervened and we discovered the card was given to another customer, who had already left. They took my contact info and assured me I would be called today to discuss- they never called. They DID find the person who was given the card and asked them to bring it back to them, but had him contact us, and we had to go there to pick it up. Why? To spend money? LOL no. Thankfully, it's easy to cancel and replace cards, and the other customer was honest, and communucative, but we still havent heard a peep from management, and apparently it's ok that their bartenders want to have people removed when they question why their belongings are essentially stolen by the staff. I get being busy (too busy by the way, you cant even move, God help everyone in there if there is ever a fire) and gave them a lot of grace but to completely ignore the situation and not complete the communication loop is pretty crappy. Also, it's the year 2024, why are you still keeping peoples cards??

Stoped in early for a quick bite. The bartender was a happy enthusiastic! I had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was excellent! My wife had the Chicken fried rice bowl. Also very good. Daughter had Honey Pepperoni Pizza. Very good experience.

Kinda typical of all the little corner spots in that area. Lots of different things on the screen. You seat yourself, but it took a loooonng time for someone to come to our table, even though many staff members walked past and were empty handed. All the food seems to have a kick to it, even the homemade potato chips. Drinks were delicious.

Went in on Friday after work to enjoy the awesome balcony area on a nice day. Spent $57 on two drinks that were frankly terrible. I had to order another shot of whiskey to put into my "old smashioned" to make it taste like anything more than chocolate bitters and ice water. Really need to up the quality/preparation of the cocktails if they're going to charge high end speakeasy/cocktail bar prices like that. Other people seem to really enjoy their drinks on these reviews, so not sure what happened for us. Great spot, but overall very disappointing experience.

I had a mixed experience. The nachos were a highlight. They are large and tasty. I’ll be tempted to reorder if I return despite the hefty price tag of over $20. However, I was slightly disappointed by the choice of reusable plastic glasses for drinks; while better than single-use plastic, it felt like a missed opportunity for a more upscale presentation, especially for cocktails.
Another aspect that left me puzzled was the addition of a 3% fee to the bill without any explanation. This felt like an unnecessary money grab by the owner, detracting from an otherwise ok dining experience. Overall, while the food was satisfying, the minor drawbacks in presentation and billing left me with mixed feelings about returning in the future.
