The food was good, but I had a really bad experience with their ordering system. I ordered at the kiosk, and it said it would text me when my order was ready. I waited 30 minutes and no text. I had tried a couple times to ask for status at the counter, but they were busy preparing food and not available to talk to customers (because there's a kiosk for that, I guess.) I finally insisted on talking to someone and asking about my order. She said it is waiting for me there on the counter, I should have gotten a text. I work in IT and customer service - there are ways to provide backups so customers get good service, but this company seems to believe their kiosk system is flawless.

My favorite place in the market. Food is great and staff really pay attention to detail and take pride in the food. My favorite is the crispy pork w an egg add on and everything on it.

I had a Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea. I walked a few blocks away while sipping the drink and realized there was no boba. I returned to the location and pointed out to one of the workers that the item was missing boba. He said I didn’t add it to my purchase but would give it to me, but I would have to pay next time.
On the website, photos of most of the teas include boba in the drinks. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for something advertised as included and usually provided when ordering at BUBBLE tea shops, especially at this price point. Stop Nickle and diming something standard; Change your website photos or make them the way they are displayed!

I believe this place is newer to cross street market. We decided to watch the commanders vs the ravens here and I tried the bang bang shrimp bowl which was wonderfully tangy and balanced with the pickled veggies, green mix, and rice. This is a welcome addition to cross street market! I also love that they have easy ordering kiosks so you can wait in the seating area and get a text when your order is ready.

The beef bulgogi was absolutely bussin. Beef well cooked, not too chewy, super flavorful, the veggies were fresh and crunchy! Highly recommend half rice half veggie bowl as the serving size was huge. The spicy Korean sauce was ?. I went to this place starving after a baseball game and it really hit the spot.

I’ve been twice now within a week. The salt & pepper tofu is great! I’ve had it in a bowl and then in a bahn mi. The pork shumai also great and the sauce that comes with them is a soy garlic sauce that explodes with flavor. I’ve had the honeydew and earl grey boba teas and they’re also great. Not too sweet and don’t taste artificial.

I hired Theo’s Bubble Tea for my wedding, and Kaitlin was nothing short of wonderful throughout the entire process. Very patient and flexible, and extremely accommodating. The boba was delicious and everyone loved it! I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for good boba in the area

I tried their matcha latte with milk foam. The foam does not taste good. Doesn’t have the cheese taste I love and it’s not very dense. It’s like the foam you have on top of coffee. And that’s not right for boba tea... But at least the tea was strong and the front person very friendly. In conclusion don’t get their milk foam

Visiting from out of state and stopped at Cross Street Market for a quick lunch. Theo’s lemongrass chicken bowl was fresh, tasty and a great portion size for the price. Highly recommend!
