This place is a great addition to the market. It has delicious food with fresh ingredients. The vegetables inside the bahn mi are nice and crisp. They're now also offering pho but I have not had a chance to try it yet because I always end up ordering one of their amazing sandwiches!

SOOOO GOOD!!! My wife and I ordered from here tonight and we are so mad we hadn't tried it sooner! It was absolutely delicious! I had a Poppin' K Bahn and Poppin' hardly does it justice... It was so good I was licking the plate. It came with fries which were pretty typical shoestring fries with salt and pepper, but we're very good and welcomed. I also got the pork spring rolls, which were super well spiced and delicious! My wife got the Salt and Pepper Tofu bowl, half salad half rice, and really liked it. The Tofu was perfectly fried and everything else went super well with it. We will definitely order again, and are so happy for finding this delicious spot!

This stall is located inside the Cross Street Market. My issue with banh mi sandwiches is I try and limit the amount of cold cuts and pork from my diet and that's usually what's in a classic banh mi. I appreciated that this place offered brisket and bulgogi. The staff was really friendly and helped me make a decision between the bulgogi, brisket and fried chicken. They highly recommended the bulgogi w/ kimchi (~$14). I do love bulgogi and kimchi. She was nice and asked me if I wanted jalapeños which I opted out of. I also got fries instead of chips. The food tasted very fresh. I'd definitely come back to support this business.

This place is awesome and their Banh Mi is great. I don't know how I just discovered it. I definitely recommend checking it out.

So, they messed up my pickup order, I realize now that I’m home. There is no way to contact them—none. Also, the amount of tofu in this bowl is pretty paltry.

The bowl was solid, however it felt like a bag of chips. I asked for extra beef bulgogi which was $4 and the bowl had about 3 pieces. There was also less pork belly as well. The majority of the bowl consisted of rice and veggies / carrots. Which is fine however don't charge $20 for the bowl then for majority rice and veggies. Good but very overpriced.

Went by on a whim and saw this place in Cross St. Market. I believe they are a fairly new vendor. The ordering process was very straightforward and prices are reasonable. I tried their beef bulgogi banh mi with a side of fries. Exceeded my expectations! The fries were superb - thin, crispy and salted to perfection. I wish I had gotten more! The banh mi was delicious. The beef was extremely flavourful and the banh mi had just the right amount of cucumbers, carrots etc. I ate the sandwich about 45 minutes after picking it up, and the bun was not soggy. Will most definitely be coming back to try more!

I had a traditional pork banh mi, and it was so good. The bread is light and slightly flaky/crisp on the outside. The pork is tender, with a nice mix of savory/sweet flavor, and the veggies pair with it perfectly. The fries were also very good, although they were a little salty for my tastes. The person working here helped me decide what to eat with a smile. Oh, and their flan is some of the best I've had! I highly recommend it!

I had a salt and pepper tofu bowl. Pretty tasty, just want more sauce on top. Tofu was nice and crisp and the pickled veg added a nice tang! I'd go again and try other dressings. Employees were really friendly and it was an affordable lunch!

Ordered the Notorious Banhs which had a more traditional banh mi filling with lemongrass pork, pickled vegetables, pate, mayo, cucumber, jalapeño and cilantro on a baguette. I thought the bread was a little too thick for the amount of filling that it came with and there was a little too much mayo. The pork, pate and vegetables in the sandwich were all pretty good. Also the fries were nice and fresh, seasoned well and made to order.

Ordered take out the food is very tasty. My only disappointment was the amount of meat compared to what is advertised in the photos. Will definitely give it another try.

I rarely write reviews, but after tasting this DELICIOUS banh mi, I had to give them a review. I order the Korean spicy pork belly banh mi with extra pate and extra radish and carrots. The flavors are intense and complex- for each bite I took, I couldn’t believe how seriously delicious it was. The meat was tender and the vegetables added a nice crunch to it.The bread was soft but flaky, and the order came with a perfect amount of crispy fries.I’m sad I am just finding out about this place, but I’m already drooling thinking about the next time I eat their food.Vegetarian options: Tofu

I love that Theo's has such a pleasant mobile app for orders. I picked up a lemongrass pork sandwich without too much wait. The bread was hearty, pickled veggies were crunchy, and meat was flavourful. The filling was a touch on the sweet side, but the jalapenos balanced it out enough for my preference. I also really enjoyed the crunch and s/p seasoning to the fries.I'm stoked to have a place this tasty and filling in Cross Street Market! I'll definitely be ordering from this stall even when I'm not hanging out in the market. 10/10 recommend! ?
